Homemade cooking. Divine braciola al sugo, not to mention the taccozze e fagioli. Every year I travel 300 km to eat at Zi Cuncetta, which I used to frequent as a boy when I lived in Campobasso. This year I had gnocchi with broccoli and crispy bacon. But the crioli with white ragù were also amazing. Not to mention their baby pasta with cream.

08/02/2026: The restaurant certainly enjoys excellent reviews and a good reputation, which is why expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, based on my personal taste, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations. The appetizer, in particular, while reminiscent of Molise products, seemed lacking in character and the portions were rather small, lacking the distinctive touch I was expecting. Overall, a decent experience, but one that didn't fully convince me compared to what I'd previously read.
