Finally a restaurant in a non-touristy place, starting from Ruju alone it took a while and with the crazy weather the return was slightly challenging. Typical dishes, typical environment, forget the pleasantries but it's better this way.

Ho cenato ordinando agnello castrato alla gallurese (in umido con Vermentino ed olive) veramente buono, accompagnato da un calice di Cagnulari (ottimo abbinamento consigliato dal cameriere gentilissimo). Il locale è proprio giusto definirlo trattoria, si bada alla sostanza senza troppi fronzoli. Ambiente piccolo con tavoli molto ravvicinati. Menù tipico della Gallura con una discreta scelta di piatti rivelatisi buoni e non esageratamente costosi. Peccato per il personale un po' freddo, sbrigativo e poco cordiale. Negata la richiesta di conti separati per futili motivi.
