On our way back from vacation, we stopped in unfamiliar with the place and without a reservation, and they welcomed us kindly. The four of us ate heartily and without spending a fortune; the food was good and the portions generous. We had a great time.

We went for lunch, but apparently… if you are not a regular customer, you are not taken into consideration. We all order the same dish, so there was not much margin for justified waiting or margin for confusion.. and yet! The dish arrives for one of us, after more than 10 minutes three more dishes arrive, and after another 5 the last dish. We practically ate staggered, furthermore there is no attention to the customer: they do not bring the plate for the fish fragments (spaghetti with clams), nor ask if everything is okay or if they need something… the service is not very welcoming and kind. The place is ventilated by some floor fans, but if you are not nearby, the environment is quite hot. Medium-high prices, especially if it has to leave something to be desired like this.

16/09/2025: We stopped in passing after seeing the photos on Google. Excellent pizza, crispy and tasty crust, well-chosen ingredients. Really kind and friendly service. It was truly enjoyable dining at "Il Piacere." A fitting name. Friendly service and quality. Highly recommended. Next time we'll try the fish.

12/09/2025: A vast natural setting, surrounded by animals and lush greenery, the exceptional dishes, from appetizers to dessert, are all surrounded by a beautiful view of the Modena mountains. Excellent value for money. An oasis of peace where you can recharge your batteries.
10/08/2025: Restaurant review. I expected more, given what I'd heard. As for the food, they brought us the menu without asking or even asking. It was all game: tagliatelle with wild boar, sedanini (locally bought) with chanterelles, a very good sliced venison, a very flavorful roast wild boar, and a frozen tiramisu. What I missed was that, even though the waitress came promptly and precisely to bring us everything in perfect condition, no other member of the staff, owner, or chef, showed up to exchange a word or a greeting. This left me a bit disappointed, considering such a long trip and such a beautiful place. Maybe they had other commitments, but for the price, I would have expected added value.
