All good, and kind to have informed that unlike many other places the meat is served on a cold tray and when you want it hot, you have to ask to heat it!

Family restaurant with traditional dishes, chicken and guinea fowl in the pan like my grandmother made them. SUPER! bread made in a wood-fired oven.

We eat really well. Both as first courses and as meat. The final bill, however, is a surprise. The two of us took very different things and in the end we found two fixed price menus written (at dinner). Too bad I got a first course and that was it and my partner a second course and side dishes. Pretty strange

13/08/2024: If you want to eat immersed in a postcard atmosphere, you absolutely cannot miss this event. The pizzeria is not very large inside, but you can enjoy the outdoor space literally under the Palladian Basilica, which makes even a simple pizza with friends magical. The staff is friendly and helpful and the waiting times are not too long. You can taste various specialties, but the jewel in the crown is the rolled pizza: MUST TRY. Inside, there is also a small wine shop where you can enjoy excellent wine, for lovers and enthusiasts. The only flaw is that as the place is in the historic centre, there is no platform for the disabled, but this could easily be solved by purchasing a mobile platform to use if necessary. For the rest, super approved!
12/08/2024: Delicious food - everything is great on the menu. Service was very attentive and professional. Very nice, romantic atmosphere on the main square looking at the Basilica Palladiana. Must visit when in Vicenza.

Trattoria Da Berno

10/12/2024: Vicenza trattoria offering traditional Venetian dishes. Typical cuisine, well-served dishes and generous portions! The bigoli in the photo are a half portion and I loved the fact that the duck sauce was provided separately so that it could also be enjoyed on its own. Very tender grilled roast beef and quality meat used. The kindness, friendliness and preparation of the staff and the family that runs it can be seen from the first moment. Super super recommended!
