Simple, rustic place with particular home cooking with a menu of around 5 dishes to choose from, starters, first courses and meat. The mixed house starter is plentiful and delicious. For the first course we opted for tagliatelle with good mushroom sauce and second course sausage with fried potatoes. Excellent desserts, both the panna cotta and the Sacher cake with truly particular chinotto jam. We will be back.

Good food, we had a birthday party, delicious Castelmagno ravioli, delicious fried porcini mushrooms now, for me, I'm crazy about starters, only one type of cheese 🧀 it's a scam.. in general it's good food.. I'll be back for sure

A location in the Val Bormio countryside which is located in the Ville area. As soon as we arrived we were surprised by the beautiful structure tastefully furnished with a Christmas theme, there is a well-kept and pleasant entrance courtyard with firewood, once we entered we also noticed inside a very nice and pleasant room furnished with taste, the wood stove was beautiful and gave off a very pleasant heat! The menu is not very varied but in a place like this I can understand it, we ate some amazing mixed starters And the first course ravioli were also very good. Especially the ones at Castelmagno which are spectacular! The meat was a sore point, both the steak and the sliced ​​meat and finally also the sirloin were very tough and fibrous, difficult to eat, accompanied by good salad and chips but the main course was not up to par. Finally the good desserts. The service was pleasant and the owner joked with our dogs in a nice way all evening. Finally, the bill was perhaps a little above expectations. We will probably return but only for starters and first courses, not for meat!!

04/01/2025: Locale trovato per caso passeggiando...andiamo per punti 1 locale accogliente bello, pulito e ordinato 2 accoglienza ottima(cosa difficile da trovare in Liguria) sia con noi che con il nostro cane il signore che credo sia il titolare si è mostrato subito gentile e super disponibile 3 piatti a dir poco sublimi...acciughe fritte con panissa,cozze alla marinara,brandacuiun..tutto davvero delizioso e super digeribile con porzioni adeguate....da non dimenticare lo strudel sfornato da poco...ottimo Che dire,do 5 stelle perché di più non si può dare. Ci torneremo sicuramente,conto coerente con la qualità del cibo servito. Che bel posto! Super!
02/01/2025: Passing through Pietra Ligure, we came across this restaurant for a quick lunch. I would say excellent discovery! Nice, clean and welcoming environment, very kind staff! What can we say about the food... space!! Four adults and two children ate very well! I recommend the Bastrardui with tuna amatriciana, burrata stracciatella and crunchy onion and for dessert the Neapolitan pastiera is fantastic!

16/03/2025: Give me a minute because this time it's really worth it. If you're looking for traditional Ligurian cuisine, ok, I understand, I really like it too. Alassio is full of restaurants that make you trenette with pesto and Ligurian rabbit, you don't need my advice. BUT If, like me, you are looking for sophisticated and creative cuisine, made not to amaze but to find unexpected flavors and surprising combinations, then book a table here and I guarantee you won't regret it. Starting from the linguine with clams, excellent but quite classic, up to the more creative and original dishes, everything here is worth trying. So much so that as far as the kitchen is concerned (the dining room, although directly on the sea, suffers a bit from the limitations of the lack of space typical of Liguria) in my opinion the Banchina 51 could be very close to deserving a star. This is to say that as long as you can have dinner there for €50-70, in my opinion you should rush out and try it, and then go back too. In fact, I regret not having spent more and tried more than 4 dishes (two of which shared between two - including an *incredible* chocolate cake with olive pâté and gelled lemon spheres - with two glasses, less than €100 in total). At these prices I guarantee you that it is truly a cuisine not to be missed. It has perhaps been years since I have been so surprised by dishes that are also very well looked after on an aesthetic level. A little gem, and one of the rare cases in which I give the fifth star without hesitation, moreover to a place that I think has still had the recognition it deserves.
