We noticed this delightful little corner of Tuscania by chance. A small, tastefully renovated restaurant. The smile of Pino, the Chef, inspired us to stop. We had a great time having lunch with him. We asked for an artichoke-based meal. All very fresh and with 0 km products. The lombrichelli with artichokes and bacon are amazing!! He suggested to us with great professionalism the wine to pair with the artichoke. We were skeptical because he offered us a red wine, Rosso di Ne'. However, at the first taste, we changed our minds. Perfect match! We ended on a high note with Luisella's tarts. His shortcrust pastry is a must try! Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back. A caress to the sweet dachshund

I went there today for lunch after my cousin recommended it to me. Welcoming and very clean place, fast and kind staff, excellent food and prices! It was a pleasure and we will be back soon!

Pleasant environment, run by kind and welcoming people. Local food, the first courses only with fresh pasta but with a wide choice. I ate the excellent lamb stew. I will definitely come back to eat it again. Excellent experience.

Trattoria located in the center of Tuscania.
We start lunch with a super abundant and above all excellent quality cured meat starter. As a first course we take umbrichelli amatriciana, a rich dish from a real trattoria, succulent, juicy, peppery bacon, pecorino, BONI!
Homely staff, really clean and welcoming place, honest prices for today's times.

The restaurant is located in the main street of Tuscania, you find yourself in a modern environment that clashes with the medieval aura of the town. Anxious and too fast service that forced us to eat in a hurry. Good food but it arrived immediately, also due to the room temperature of the dishes, making us realize that it was pre-cooked food. I wouldn't go back.
