Typical restaurant in the center of Badolato, one of the most beautiful Italian villages. The place is beautiful and characteristic. The owner who serves the tables is kind and efficient. Let's get to the food: we only ate the first courses and specifically one of the best pasta with porcini mushrooms I've ever tasted (I'd point out that I've had lunch and dinner in almost all of Europe). The wine, both rosé and red, is also truly excellent. Congratulations and I will try to return.

For those who like typical Calabrian cuisine this restaurant offers all their passion for this cuisine. Strictly typical local dishes at km 0 made with passion, from the appetizer to the fabulous meatballs with aubergines, and a wine served in terracotta glasses and jug like in the past! Small restaurant where reservations are required, recommended for lovers of Calabrian flavours.

The strong point of this place coincides with the weak point. We eat what there is. Traditional cuisine with no possibility of variation. No desserts for example because they have not been prepared.

We went to this typical trattoria one evening by chance, only to return a few days later because of how good we had it!
The place is very intimate and intimate, that sense of authenticity shines through and is then found in the dishes. We were welcomed by the owner, an exquisite person, very friendly and at the same time professional and attentive to guests. The pasta (handmade) with mushrooms is very good, while the stuffed aubergine and the aubergine parmigiana are absolutely worth trying. The second courses are served with a side dish of seasonal vegetables, in our case pan-fried green beans, truly excellent. I recommend tasting the homemade limoncello at the end of the meal.
Eating here is like being hosted at home and welcomed by those who work with passion and great honesty.
If we were to return to Badolato we will happily return again!
