We arrived without a reservation, and even though the place was full, Diego, the owner, welcomed us like the gentleman he is, and showed us to a seat.
What can I say? Kudos to him, his daughters, and the entire staff. Impeccable service, the food was spectacular, and the wine list was exceptional. We truly had a wonderful time.

I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The location is stunning, with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for a relaxing dinner or a special occasion. The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert: beautifully presented and flavorful, you can taste the attention and passion behind the cuisine.
We had an appetizer, first course, dessert, wine, and dessert wine, all very good and well-paired. The bill was perhaps a little higher than I expected, but overall the experience was worth it.
Recommended for those seeking quality cuisine in a truly beautiful and refined setting.

We discovered this gem thanks to the Feast of San Donnino, the patron saint of Fidenza. The staff at Trattoria La Boschina welcomed us with open arms for dinner (despite the late hour and the nearby hubbub) and truly pampered us. The sparkling Lambrusco wine was delicious. The anolini in brodo were amazing. And for those of you who aren't dessert lovers, you'll change your mind. We tried the zuppa inglese, the apple tart, and the pear cooked in wine—unforgettable. Thank you, La Boschina! We'll definitely be back.

After a leap in space and time in a series of roundabouts, here is the oasis of Boschina. We had a great time: there is a seriousness and a sincere kindness, without frills. The host welcomes you with the Emilian binomial: impeccable, kind and discreet. The Emilian cuisine is really very well cared for, of the highest level, without overdoing it. It was one of the best dinners of the last five years. We returned a second time a few days ago and it once again lived up to the (now very high) expectations. To give you an idea of what a special place it is, the first time we stopped for dinner we were returning home from a trip and the next day we would have been without breakfast. The host was kind enough to prepare us a considerable portion of his excellent cured meats from the Bassa Emiliana area, between Parma and Piacenza, to take away: local producers selected by him, they are truly delicious. If you want to
treat yourself to a dessert (I rarely do it, only
when it's worth it) don't miss the zuppa inglese (and the nocino made by them). As far as I'm concerned, you can order with your eyes closed.
