After a leap in space and time in a series of roundabouts, here is the oasis of Boschina. We had a great time: there is a seriousness and a sincere kindness, without frills. The host welcomes you with the Emilian binomial: impeccable, kind and discreet. The Emilian cuisine is really very well cared for, of the highest level, without overdoing it. It was one of the best dinners of the last five years. We returned a second time a few days ago and it once again lived up to the (now very high) expectations. To give you an idea of ​​what a special place it is, the first time we stopped for dinner we were returning home from a trip and the next day we would have been without breakfast. The host was kind enough to prepare us a considerable portion of his excellent cured meats from the Bassa Emiliana area, between Parma and Piacenza, to take away: local producers selected by him, they are truly delicious. If you want to treat yourself to a dessert (I rarely do it, only when it's worth it) don't miss the zuppa inglese (and the nocino made by them). As far as I'm concerned, you can order with your eyes closed.

Prenotato all'ultimo momento, per mancanza di disponibilità nei ristoranti che mi ispiravano (menù e piatti con relativa presentazione) abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria. Abbiamo scelto per tre persone: 3 Assaggio di salumi (buona qualità); 2 Taglierini (buona qualità) mancava un tocco in più; 3 Stracotto (mediocre) - la carne era amara al palato; 20 euro a piatto 1 tiramisù (sufficiente) - troppo mascarpone - 8 euro 1 bottiglia di Lambrusco (buono) 18 euro 1 grappa 903 barricata - 7 euro Sostanzialmente, la qualità dei prodotti per il prezzo pagato (185,00 euro), non è adeguato. Sinceramente non lo consiglio. Riguardatevi.
