The restaurant is located in a beautiful square, perhaps the most beautiful and evocative corner in all of Luserna, in particular San Giovanni. If possible, weather permitting, I suggest eating outside! The place is nice, the food is good, even if the choice of dishes is limited. The price is not like a workers' restaurant, even if the place is rustic... but it can be done. The really sore point is the service: contrary to what I have read in other reviews, the lady serving us was not at all courteous - she had a very proud and opinionated air, she seemed annoyed because we asked her to repeat the dishes for us, and rolled his eyes because we dared to move a chair. Crazy, really a shame, and above all strange, because now even "in the valleys" in general the idea that you have to be kind to customers has finally passed, even if they are not regular customers! I would go back a few times because the place is beautiful, and the food is indeed high quality, but the attitude really disappointed and disconcerted.

Dall'esterno l'apparenza può ingannare, ma una volta entrati e messe le gambe sotto il tavolo,inizia la gioia per gli occhi,ma soprattutto per il palato. Questi due ragazzi danno cura al cliente ed ai loro piatti in egual misura,bravi veramente. Piatti curati , prodotti di stagione freschi , di conseguenza menù sempre vario. Locale con pochi posti , questo consente un servizio curato. Non ve ne pentirete.

Finalmente siamo riusciti ad andare a cena al Fujot, nonostante non abitiamo troppo lontano, che dire... Accoglienza top, cucina ottima con abbinamento di gusti ricercati e particolarmente piacevoli, carta dei vini essenziale ma di qualità, rapporto qualità prezzo giusta. Continuate così!!!
