Excellent restaurant, traditional cuisine with Roman and Sardinian dishes. I had the Sardinian appetizer (pane carasau with ham, Sardinian cheese, and mushrooms), excellent cheese ravioli, amazingly flavorful and tender Argentinian steak tagliata, and one of the best seadas I've ever had. The place is simple, clean, and tidy. Short wait times. Average prices. Highly recommended.

There's no rush ❤️ the new location of the Da Baldo al Quarto secolo restaurant. Beautiful and welcoming. Baldo and Manuel were delightful, and we had a wonderful evening celebrating Mom's birthday. Exceptional seafood and meat menu. Everything paired with excellent Vermentino. I highly recommend trying this delicious cuisine. Thank you for everything, see you soon 😘

The new location is the icing on the cake for this restaurant. Excellent dishes, with a delicious new twist on the desserts (excellent), in a bright and absolutely pleasant atmosphere. The service, as always, is impeccable.

Baldo is always a guarantee. The fish is incredibly fresh. The dishes also reflect Sardinian tradition. It's a shame; I would have given it 5 stars more. My heartfelt compliments also to Manuel for his exceptional courtesy and customer service.

05/12/2025: An inconspicuous place with delicious home food. Mind you, the menu is short, but the pasta is worth it. It might not be flashy, but the staff is absolutely amazing and the tiramisu is one of the best I have ever eaten. Don’t be shy to ask for the chef’s recommendation. Today I had gnocchi with butter and salvia and yesterday fettuccine with perfectly done artichokes. The prices are good, especially if you eat here almost every day of the week.
23/11/2025: The food is excellent, the price is reasonable, the host is friendly, and the atmosphere is that of an old-school Roman osteria, unlike the fake contemporary trattorias.

27/03/2025: Trattoria vera, ha tutto ciò che uno desidera in una trattoria tipica: locale spartano, tovaglia di carta, menù scritto a mano su una lavagnetta appesa al muro, proprietario che passa per i tavoli consegnando un pezzo di carta e una penna per scrivere ciò che si vuole. Cucina Romana, cuoche Romane, cibo ECCEZIONALE! Spezzatino delizioso, Gricia eccezionale, Involtini di verza speciali, carne trita-peperoni-fagioli speciale, vignarola ottima...tutto eccezionale a prezzi da trattoria. Andateci!!!
15/03/2025: Esto es lo que solía ser un restaurante familiar de negocios hace 25 años en Roma. Es como viajar en una máquina del tiempo. Pocos platos pero con el sabor genuino que te devuelve la memoria. A debe ir.
