The new location is the icing on the cake for this restaurant. Excellent dishes, with a delicious new twist on the desserts (excellent), in a bright and absolutely pleasant atmosphere. The service, as always, is impeccable.

Baldo is always a guarantee. The fish is incredibly fresh. The dishes also reflect Sardinian tradition. It's a shame; I would have given it 5 stars more. My heartfelt compliments also to Manuel for his exceptional courtesy and customer service.

I entered by chance, and without too many pretensions I ordered a "seafood salad" and "sea bass with orange and prosecco". Both VERY good, accompanied by an excellent white wine "breza marina" from the house divina provvidenza. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The environment is far from modern restaurants all cared for in detail ... after all it is an osteria ... and so it should be!

I come back every time my uncle comes from Sardinia and stays at the nearby hotel.... Anyone who complained about the service, the food and the place should just understand that if they are looking for a convenient place with fast service, I strongly advise them to only frequent tourist places in the center of Rome where "often" only 2nd if not 3rd choice food is served... If you want to taste a good product, you must give the necessary time for preparation because nothing is used that is not genuine, fresh and freshly prepared. Marcellus

A restaurant just outside the city where you can have lunch away from the confusion of the center with good ingredients and reasonable prices. The porcini mushrooms with tagliatelle were good although perhaps a little too abundant in oil.
