30/10/2025: I've been a customer for over twenty years, ever since it was still a restaurant and pizzeria on Via Verdi.
The pizza has always been excellent, far superior to many other places, and as a former pizza chef, I know what I'm talking about... Luis and Sonia are super kind and helpful. For takeout, you can trust them without hesitation; they're the best.
19/10/2025: The other day I picked up a pizza from them, heading straight to the shop. I don't know if it was a bad night for the staff, but from the moment I walked in, I sensed a certain annoyance, almost as if I'd been a nuisance. While I was waiting with a friend, we noticed that our simple chatter seemed to be bothering them, as if we were disrupting their TV viewing. The pizzas were prepared rather quickly, even though we were practically the only ones there. Once we got home, unfortunately, we found the pizzas practically undercooked and with a slightly acidic sauce. It's a shame, because when there's a line outside, everyone seems much more welcoming and the pizzas are decidedly more carefully made. I'd also like to point out the constant insistence on offering farinata, which gives the impression that you have to work it off at all costs.
