Trattoria Italia 61 is ideal for those passing through for a day trip, a place that is located a few minutes from the Narni scalo exit. The place is recognizable from the road for the building that on one wall has a mural of one of the most iconic scenes in cinema in terms of food and binges interpreted by our national Albertone. The parking is large and free. The furnishings are simple but elegant and convey a feeling of cleanliness. The bathroom is clean and functional, which unfortunately is not always a given. For two we had: an Italia 61 appetizer with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, bruschetta, couscous, frittatas, in addition to the three pots containing beans and pork rinds, stringy scamorza and courgettes and tripe, all plenty for two people; a first course ciriole cacio pepe and guanciale, truly superb and a generous portion; a first course tagliatelle with ragù very good and also this without skimping on the quantity; a mixed grill consisting of a sausage, a pork loin with bone and two pieces of lamb; two liter bottles of water.
