21/05/2025: A culinary highlight and our perfect end to Milan! To round off our trip to Milan, we visited Al Garghet, and it was simply fantastic! Even making a reservation was a wise decision, as the restaurant filled up quickly, demonstrating how popular it is with locals and visitors alike. We received a very warm welcome and were escorted to our table. The service was truly first-class and well-trained. They were also extremely attentive, yet warm and friendly. We felt well looked after throughout. The meal was a treat beyond compare! The Cotoletta al Garghet was wonderfully tender and crispy. The accompanying baked potatoes had a good roasted flavor, were soft inside, and perfectly salted. The risotto with ossobuco was perfectly flavorful and lovingly presented. The risotto was cooked to perfection, and the ossobuco was absolutely tender, slipping off the bone very easily. Everything was harmonious and perfectly rounded off. The portions were generous and the quality was top-notch. Three of us shared the meal and were completely satisfied. We also ordered a bottle of water and a 0.33l Coca-Cola each. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy, ideal for a relaxing evening after an eventful day in the city. Overall, Al Garghet impressed us in every way; it's a true culinary highlight and, for us, an absolute must-visit in Milan.
