YESTERDAY I WAS AT THE PALADINO WITH MY FAMILY I DON'T ADD WORDS....I JUST SAY A LOT OF STUFF!!! CONGRATULATIONS FOR EVERYTHING, FROM THE FOOD TO THE PLACE TO THE STAFF AND OF COURSE TO THE OWNER.

A very interesting restaurant with excellent performance and delicious dishes, a rich selection of wines. Interesting space. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Alessandria.

I highly recommend the elephant ear which will fill you up enough as it is large and tasty 😋😋. The environment is well kept and very special, it surprised us in a positive way

Trattoria in Alessandria Location molto particolare e oste che ci sa veramente fare Ho preso un antipasto misto con classici antipasti piemontesi niente male Come piatto principale l ENORME Orecchia d elefante. Molto buona e giusta combinazione tra sale e erbe. Ho speso circa 50€ con acqua e vino diviso, antipasto diviso, orecchia, sorbetto e amaro Prezzo giusto considerando che l Orecchia costa sui 25€. Prezzo onesto per qualità e quantità Ci torneremo Se prendete l orecchia, consiglio di prendere solo quella oppure dividetela in 2.

Un locale situato nel quartiere Pista vecchia, buona possibilità di parcheggio. Gestore molto simpatico come tutto lo staff. Chef di ottimo livello in continuo progresso. Non perdetevi gli agnolotti e l'orecchia d'elefante ( enorme e buonissima). Bravo Piero

27/01/2025: I've wanted to try their dishes for a long time (given the many people who spoke well of them), but I found much more... You can feel the history of the place and of the city of Capriata d'Orba. Excellent raw materials, dishes that live up to expectations. One of their strong points is, without a doubt, the wine list with very interesting proposals. I would also like to compliment all the staff for their availability, professionalism and education (with appreciated attention to my almost 2 year old daughter). I highly recommend it!
