I was curious to try it and I wasn't wrong. I was speechless. To say it's excellent is an understatement. The atmosphere and the restaurant itself are beautiful, but the food is spectacular. I haven't had anything better! The service was very kind and quick, the girl who served me was friendly and very professional. What can I say? I'll definitely be back, and very often, I might add. Thank you! 🤩

It's not the first time I've been to this restaurant but it's definitely not the last! Excellent quality food, attentive and precise staff and the owner is a sunny and very helpful person. Very welcoming and unique place and recommended for an excellent meal.

Overall, a good restaurant, with good food, although I found a few dishes a bit improvised, like the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was absolutely tasteless, and not just with porcini mushrooms. In my opinion, a dish priced at €18 shouldn't have any flaws. Overall, however, the food is satisfying, the service is good, and I only partially like the ambiance. I'm concerned about the jungle-like plastic ceiling, which isn't even the best quality, and the table setting isn't exactly impressive, considering the prices—not exactly fast food. I find the paper napkins and placemats out of place. It's an experience worth trying, and if you want a superb Elephant Ear, you might as well come back.

The best trattoria in Alessandria by far. The menu is concise, featuring the most interesting dishes in the city, but each has its own unique character, making it incredibly difficult to choose. The house specialty is the Orecchia di Elefante (elephant ear pasta). All this is topped off by the knowledge and friendliness of the owner, Piero. Recommended.
