Este es un lugar MUY local. DEBES hacer reservas para la cena. La comida era auténtica y deliciosa. El "aperitivo de Paesella" con catas calabresas es un requisito absoluto para pedir... simplemente fenomenal. Sin embargo, estábamos allí como visitantes / turistas a Cosenza. Sepa de antemano que recibirá un trato diferente para todos los clientes regulares (la mayoría parecen conocerse entre sí o al personal). Usted será servido en último lugar, independientemente de cuando llegue e incluso sus platos serán diferentes. Por ejemplo, la mesa de los lugareños a nuestro lado pidió Spaghetti alla Carbanara y tenía una tonelada de guanciale. Pedimos lo mismo y no lo servirían con espagueti, pero insistimos en que lo comiéramos con Rigatoni. Además, teníamos MUCHO menos guanciale en nuestro plato. Dicho esto, todavía disfrutamos mucho de la comida y tuvimos que aceptar los malos tratos - siendo visitantes de Cosenza.

Locale caratteristico nel quartiere Rivocati. L'interno è un po' piccolo ma ha anche i tavoli esternamente. Ottima cucina Cosentina. Personale cortese. Prezzi nella media.
