Good restaurant in Cosenza. We went on the recommendation of the hotel concierge and it was very good. The food takes a while because it's made to order, but it's delicious. Limited wine list.

My review for this place goes beyond 5 stars... The atmosphere, the service are truly exceptional... the food is top-notch!... I can add this place to my top list!! The staff are friendly, and above all, they have a smile, which is important to making you feel truly at home... The owner is very attentive and kind... I recommend it; you won't be disappointed... For those looking for a different kind of evening, I recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming... Thanks again for your hospitality!

The service was excellent! We were attended by Fernando, who was very amicable. The tipical antipasti of Calabria and also the pasta are very well served. The sciatatelli is spicy, but the licorise balances it very nicely, recommend it very much

They told us to eat there, it's worth it, but to avoid Sundays and holidays... in fact, we went on Sunday (4 people), and for a good appetizer and a first course each, which arrived at different times, and I'll add a wrong first course, we waited over two hours. The owner was kind, but at a certain point we left without saying anything to my wife (who received the wrong first course), because it's obvious the food is good, but four appetizers and four first courses can't arrive all at different times. We'll definitely go back, but on a quieter day; avoid busy days, as they told us, unless you want to wait a really long time.

5/1/2026 Just finished dinner... Everything was perfect. Service, quality, and portions... no, restaurant portions, but Grandma-like portions... it's worth traveling 291 km... I highly recommend it... And above all, the prices are affordable... it's not expensive at all... Quality, Courtesy, Kindness... P.S. The chili pepper is spicy 😅

Quaint atmosphere, great staff (especially Giuseppe). The food is excellent and truly delicious. It's a must-visit if you're in Cosenza! Highly recommended!!!! And it's affordable too!

13/01/2026: If there were more stars, I definitely would have given them! I love this place, and every year, during the summer holidays, it's practically become a ritual and a tradition to return to dine here. Valentina always welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel at home. The staff is always young and knowledgeable, always ready to satisfy any request. The cuisine is truly top-notch: the fish is always fresh, the portions are generous, and every time I return, I always find something new, different, and sophisticated. There's no flaw, even the parking is convenient because it's right next to the restaurant. The prices are fair, perfectly in line with the dishes served. I highly recommend it; you'll be truly amazed.
04/12/2025: Literally the best way to cook fish I've tried in the last few months. Compliments to the chef and staff. I'll definitely be back ☺️

Bar Dante Pasticceria

03/01/2026: I've been a customer at the bar for a while now, and I don't understand why people complain about the service charge. The girl is always kind and polite, clearing the table every time a new customer comes in. The place is heated, so it's normal for there to be a charge for prompt, accurate service. In some bars in Cosenza, I've had them hand me a croissant; I've had to carry it to the table myself, and the tables are often dirty with the previous customer's crumbs. And if they have tables outside, well, there are often pigeons happily feasting there. At Bar Dante, I ate in a clean, warm setting, and was treated kindly. The croissants and pastries are unquestionable; they're top-notch.
