Absolutely recommended!!! My visit to Cascia was a fantastic discovery! Fiorella... wonderful... friendly... there's no one like her who can welcome you like her... Federico and Federica... are excellent hosts! Vittoria... very kind and professional... And the super Ilaria... (aka Giada)... the Umbrian meat expert!!!! I mean... you absolutely have to come and eat here!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Le Molinaro Sister!!!!!!

Just one caveat: the cured meats were a bit dry. Everything else was sublime. All the dishes were plentiful, and above all, mouth-watering! Excellent and friendly.

Found by chance, it was a pleasant surprise. Really good food with typical products and a wide variety of choices. Excellent first courses. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

A family-run trattoria in the center of Cascia. We went for lunch without a reservation. The service was excellent, the food was delicious with generous portions, and the homemade desserts were fantastic. They also have a great selection of dishes for those with gluten intolerance, like my wife. Prices are reasonable, not expensive at all for the excellent quality of the food! If you're ever in Cascia, I highly recommend a visit; it's well worth it! 😉

If you pass through Cascia, you absolutely must stop by. The abbacchio is amazing, and everything else is perfect. I'll add the friendliness of the waitresses... Thanks again, see you next time.

15/03/2026: The owner, Gabriele, was incredibly kind and helpful; he accommodated our request for a vegan lunch by cooking us a tasty and hearty burger. Between the good food, the pleasant company, and the beautiful village of Castiglione, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended to anyone passing through!
14/03/2026: We stumbled upon this delightful little place by chance and were very pleased: the owner was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the beer was served nice and cold! Excellent! Recommended!!!

02/12/2025: The pizza and the Roccata are superb... then it opens before dawn and closes late at night... so very convenient for coffee and cigarettes
