The Trattoria dei Cacciatori in Piagera is a typical family-run trattoria, located on the outskirts of the town and equipped with convenient internal parking. The experience was excellent from the beginning: the table is already set with water, wine, bread and breadsticks, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is fixed and offers an authentic taste of Piedmontese cuisine. We start with four or five typical appetizers, all tasty and well prepared. Followed by two first courses: the agnolotti and the panissa, the latter simply amazing, so much so that you want to eat as much as you want! For the main courses, the beans were exceptional, a real dish to remember. The only slightly disappointing note were the desserts, which didn't particularly excite me. However, the fact that you can do more at will more than makes up for it. A special touch is given by the owner, a friendly "granny" who comes to the tables to wish you a good appetite and make sure that everything is to your liking. Attention that makes the difference and makes the experience even more pleasant. The only real shame is that the restaurant is only open for lunch, but believe me, it's absolutely worth trying. The cost? 30 euros each, a more than honest price for the quality and quantity of the food. I will definitely go back, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent food and precise and punctual service

Sono stata in questo osteria per un compleanno. Il cibo era davvero buono ma purtroppo c'è stato un problema. Portando tutto con i vassoi e non essendoci un menù non sapevo cosa ci fosse esattamenteall'interno dei piatti. Avendo un'intolleranza all'aglio ho evitato i piatti in cui ero sicura di trovarlo. Ho saputo solo dopo che in uno dei piatti c'era l'aglio e, purtroppo. sono stata male per qualche giorno. Sicuramente non avrei dovuto dare per scontato che l'aglio c'era solo nei piatti in cui era ovvio. Dovrebbe comunque esserci un menù con segnati gli allergeni. Prezzo ottimo per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. La mia non vuole essere una critica, avendo sbagliato in primis, ma solo un consiglio.

Venerdì a pranzo Panissa ( e puoi fare anche il bis) bollito, bagnetto verde e verdure ( cotechino strepitoso) torta di cioccolato e pere, vino, acqua e caffè 20 euro a testa... qualità alta!!!!

Really welcoming family run restaurant. Fixed price menu with a choice of a couple of dishes per course, made the same day. Advised. Better to call to book a table because especially on Saturdays it could be sold out. Compliments to the chef and all the staff for their kindness and friendliness. No one leaves without a beautiful smile from the managers.

Trattorias that are no longer found, family atmosphere. Simple and genuine food, no frills but an authentic atmosphere

I like the panissa and I appreciate the spartan atmosphere, it's a shame that many Fridays the seats at the table are full.
