The idea of ​​a typical mountain hut is lovely, a warm and welcoming place. Lunch menu for €24 with a choice of two courses: an appetizer, a first course, or a second course, including dessert.

We come back every year and it never disappoints

A very charming place, a bit hidden from the main road, but easily accessible. Inside, there's a small room on the ground floor, accessible by a ramp, and a second floor. Everything is heated by a small heater. Balanced dishes and generous portions. A Valdostan platter with flavorful cured meats and a delicious homemade pepper jam to accompany the cheeses. The venison was truly exquisite, accompanied by a good polenta. A varied selection of wines; I tried a glass of the local one (La Torretta). The desserts are interesting, including the Cogne cream covered in chopped hazelnuts and accompanied by tegole (typical biscuits). The waiter was very kind and knowledgeable.

Had lunch during the Aosta Christmas Market on December 7th, a truly wonderful surprise! We ate truly delicious traditional Aosta Valley dishes. The daily menu was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The food was very good. I gave it 2 stars for the service because you have to be very careful about what you write on the menu due to allergies. And when you ask, be sure of what you say. That said, the food was good.

Ottima esperienza per chi vuole un pranzo in un ambiente tipico montano con menù caratteristico e porzioni abbondanti ma tenendo l'ottima qualità. Il giardino é ideale per i bambini e il rapporto qualità prezzo imparagonabile. Il servizio lento ma facendo molti coperti é comprensibile.

Location molto bella nel cuore del centro immersa nel verde con vista della chiesa Sant'Orso, cibo di qualità e razioni soddisfacenti, molto buona anche la pizza, rapporto qualità/prezzo positivo. È stata una conferma dopo che ci ero già stato alcune volte. Personale cortese da ritornarci.
