Five stars because they were fully deserved. We were greeted warmly and were able to book a table at the last minute. We ordered main courses—meatballs with polenta, grilled tuna, a mixed salad, and fried artichokes. Everything was simply and deliciously prepared, just as we expected (I'd been here years ago and had fond memories of it). The fried artichokes were my favorite—very difficult, if not impossible, to find in Germany, where I live. I had a nice portion at Tre Merli, cooked well and coated in a lovely, crispy breadcrumb coating. The desserts: perfect! The panna cotta was beautifully dense, not overly sweet (you could really taste the cream), and with a sauce made of real strawberries. The tiramisu was truly perfect: just the right consistency (the cream was soft, and so were the ladyfingers, but it wasn't too soft or runny, nor a "brick" that stuck to the spoon) and not overly sweet, very similar to what we make at my parents' house. This is why the five stars are well deserved: the food is good, simple, and makes you feel a little at home. The menu also features several Piedmontese wines to sample.

A family restaurant that seems to have been taken from a distant world. Traditional Ligurian dishes, not restaurant-style or revisited, are served. The flavors of our childhood are just right, and they remind you of Sunday home cooking. An excellent experience, truly worth repeating as soon as possible.

Very good local cuisine. Italian atmosphere, not touristy, more for locals. The menu is in the form of a chalkboard, brought by the waiter, only in Italian :) I highly recommend it. Prices are reasonable.

04/02/2026: Enjoyable lunch featuring traditional Ligurian dishes in a homey, comfortable atmosphere. Good value. Recommended!
07/01/2026: The focaccias were good, as always. I had the mixed Italian-style fried food. A tiny slice of chicken that I didn't try (I thought there was no meat, but my brother took it without realizing there was nothing else), and raw, very hard vegetables. It's a shame because a month earlier, at my son's birthday, everything went smoothly. The ravioli were good, but overcooked.
