June 21, 2025: a quick visit to Liguria, aimed at buying good oil! A culinary stop highly recommended by "Matetti" in Alassio. A tasty menu that offered us fish ravioli with tomato sauce and clams, tagliolini with fish ragout, mixed fried fish with potatoes, Ligurian-style rabbit with potatoes and very soft calamari, cooked with trumpet courgettes. And to finish, the fabulous hot apple fritters with or without chocolate sauce...and let's not miss the coffee with the aromatic Camatti bitter (30 euros per person!!!!🌞) Kind, prompt, fast and friendly staff. A place with notable pieces of vintage furniture. But, please, remember to book!

Fun! This is eating here: fun for the palate, because from appetizer to dessert everything is extremely tasty, healthy and genuine (their pesto fritters are unique, like the apple fritters that they generously give away at the end of the meal... Fun for the service, extremely ironic, which evidently not everyone can understand; for the vintage environment, full of memories of the old days :)

Excellent restaurant with a menu of real typical dishes. Excellent value for money. Offered farinata as a starter, sweet and bitter. To apologize for the delay because the table was not yet free, they offered a flute of bubbles. Two first courses, a second course, 1/4 of wine €45. Highly recommended

In the center of Alassio, this trattoria amazes for the quantity of food in the dishes and for the moderate prices, considering the tourist location. I had lunch on a Sunday in May and found a place without booking but I was lucky because in reality it is very difficult to find free tables. In general the environment is not entirely to my taste.. walls too full of everything, cash register area furnished with anything.. they give me the idea of ​​narrowing the spaces and there is no air. But this is my review and this is my opinion. The place is historic, so probably they want to sew memories everywhere. A super positive note is the staff, very friendly and courteous, fast service, good quality food, in abundant quantities. The famous apple fritters are exquisite. Recommended

Brought by a friend who had already been there several times... Very special and emotional location. For me, having grown up with Carosello, seeing certain advertisements hanging on the walls was like taking a dip into the past. Top menu in the sense that it changes depending on the day of the week.... I review on Wednesday with a superfine pasta e fagioli and fried cod meatballs of a superior level. The pasta with pesto is moving. The anchovies, octopus and stuffed squid are 9 in the report card. Very knowledgeable and on-point staff... Giovanni/Matteo and Luca are very nice. I would hire them for my shop. The apple fritters with melted chocolate, at the end, are so good that my friend ate about ten and I was worried... instead you leave the restaurant not at all heavy. Well done everyone..... we will definitely return also to learn new words in the Ligurian dialect. If I really have to find a flaw, I would say that they serve the dishes too quickly, with little time between one course and another. But for some, this can be a plus.

Posto eccezionale, cibo buonissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo notevole, simpatia dei giovani osti al top! E abbondanza di zeppole squisitamente gratuite.... Provatelo!

Per la centesima volta serata fantastica,atmosfera servizio qualità e quantità prezzi abbordabilissimi che dire di più, se vai in zona e nn fai una capatina qui,conviene che stai a casa
