The fried foods were okay. Except for the cod, which was sour, that is, old. The farinata was very good, as was the onion tart. The pasta, no comment.

A historic restaurant in Alassio, a little dated in its decor but with a strong sense of the history of Ligurian cuisine. Menu in Ligurian. I had the Gasse with pesto and potatoes and truly excellent seafood ravioli. Then the octopus and cuttlefish, and an octopus platter. To finish, fritters. The prices are truly fair, the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and precise. The dishes are quite generous. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to find a seat. Congratulations.

Two days in Alassio, I couldn't resist it both evenings. A casual trattoria, just the way I like it, with delicious traditional dishes. The pesto, too, is incredible. Go there.

08/10/2025: Excellent restaurant in Altare, easily accessible from the highway exit. Quality ingredients and carefully crafted, beautifully presented dishes inspired by local cuisine, but revisited with professionalism. Convenient customer parking. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
24/09/2025: A very refined restaurant with a private dining room for intimate dinners. Excellent food, a blend of Piedmontese and Ligurian cuisine, revisited with remarkable skill. The beef tartare with anchovies is excellent; I'll definitely recommend it, although the zabaglione with ice cream is the highlight. Attentive service, though a bit rushed. Prices are high, but well in line with the quality of the food. We'll be back as soon as we can.
