Freschezza e qualità del pesce altissima. L’antipasto di crudi è sublime, vasta scelta di primi uno più buono dell’altro. Il servizio è veloce. Orazio e tutto lo staff sono molto gentili con i clienti.

25/06/2025: Located in a quiet street of Via Etnea, in the center of Catania, the place is welcoming and quiet, the manager is very friendly and kind. In the 2 nights I was there, I tried different dishes, all prepared with care, tasty and with fresh and quality raw materials, very well presented! Prices slightly above average but justified by the quality offered.

Trattoria casalinga

29/07/2025: Trattoria la Casalingada Nino Mannino has been a Catania classic since 1982. Many places have opened and closed, but Nino Mannino is a true restaurant professional. His dishes are authentic, carefully prepared, and feature quality produce from the local market. Mr. Mannino is a gracious host and always checks on the tables to see how the food is going. I recommend the fried fish, the pasta alla norma, and the involtini.
25/07/2025: Thank you, it was delicious and pleasant. The flavors and aromas are typical of Sicilian cuisine. For three days in a row, we didn't need to look for another restaurant—this one met all our taste and price expectations. The very kind Mr. Józef ensures high-quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend it.
