Polite, kind and attentive staff, but the raw materials are of low quality

Great food, slow service. Very kind staff.

I don't know the evaluation parameters of the other guests, but the 3.8 attributed to Giosefatta is truly unfair. When there is a "Mother" in the kitchen you certainly can't go wrong. However, if the wisdom of traditional recipes meets the understandable, but not acceptable, need to use highly preserved products (frozen, industrial, foreign), then, as an ancient saying went, "all the chef's knowledge ends up in this place"! The fettuccine with the scents of the lake definitely has a good fish sauce. The crayfish (foreing&defrozen and without an asterisk on the menu) had a very good old school sauce. The grilled trout was definitely cooked to perfection. The chicory was definitely re-re-re-passed. In short... Nothing to complain about where we are and how much we paid. For those looking for a Lake Trattoria, with a beautiful terrace, it is absolutely recommended. It's not a place for #Gastrofighetti!!!
