An excellent period restaurant, where the kindness and friendliness of the owner (who recommends and describes the dishes) are truly appreciated, as are the delicious, authentic dishes: we enjoyed a generous portion of polenta with mushrooms and the surprising (for the skillful combination of ingredients) ravioli with Castelmagno cheese and pears! We couldn't resist also enjoying a generous terrine of baked red onions and an exceptional tart with sour cherries. We'll definitely be back!

The food was very good and well-cooked. Roberto, the owner, was friendly and empathetic. Giorgiana, who was very kind and charming, made some truly outstanding tozzetti. The prices were excellent. Bottom line: if you're in Canino, perhaps to buy some olive oil, stop by Gasperini's restaurant. It's definitely a great experience.

We happened upon this restaurant in the historic center of Canino. It's a welcoming place with very friendly staff. We had polenta with spare ribs, one of the best we've ever had! Generous portions, an excellent mixed antipasto, and a very good wine. We'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, but were thoroughly satisfied with the tasty dishes made with local ingredients. The polenta with speckling was one of the best we've ever had. The mixed antipasto was excellent, and the portions were generous. The wine was also good. An experience worth repeating and highly recommended.

Not bad, but the prices are a bit too high for what's on offer, especially for the first courses—prices typical of the historic center of a large, expensive Italian city. The tagliata, rare, was tasty, but it arrived cold. A shame. My overall opinion? Just OK.

Trattoria in the center of Canino. Simple, good food. I had the braised cheek, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. I recommend it.
