If you go to Canino you definitely have to eat at Trattoria GASPERINI. An original environment with colorful tables and paintings painted by the owners. A beautiful tuff arch decorates the interiors on the ground floor and on the upper floor. Pleasant music accompanies your dinner. We started with some very good bruschetta and fried vegetables. The paccheri with pistachio cream, pecorino and bacon are extraordinary. But even the more classic carbonare is particularly tasty. I had the beef cheek braised in red wine which I found delicious. The sour cherry tart is one of the best I have ever eaten. I will definitely come back.

We were lucky enough to have lunch today in this welcoming restaurant. We took a classic platter and fettuccine with speck and truffle and it was all exceptional, we left very full and more than satisfied. Very kind and welcoming staff. We will be back with great pleasure!

Quello che come prima cosa ti colpisce è l'ospitalità del gestore a cui comunque si aggiunge una buona qualità del cibo ed un rapporto qualità prezzo positiva

We had lunch at this place almost by chance. Very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and manager is very friendly and takes orders personally. We had a divine lunch, we ordered a first course and a second course, both of excellent quality. The homemade desserts are also good. Excellent food and wine experience in Canino!

Era la prima volta che venivamo in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Il locale è molto carino con decorazioni d'epoca raffinate, i camerieri gentili e disponibili e il cibo molto gustoso : si sente che usano prodotti tipici che sono cucinati alla percezione. A partire dai salumi / formaggi freschi, ai primi deliziosi... C'erano anche dei piatti del giorno come zuppa o gnocchi al tartufo altrettanto gustosi. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole fare un bel viaggio culinare nella cucina locale.

25/05/2025: The protagonist of the second edition of 4 restaurants had struck me for its frankness, both in the cuisine and in the approach. Although we do not consider the program a reference for the choice of restaurateurs, we had promised ourselves to go and today after eight years we succeeded. And although everything has happened in these 8 years, we found what we had seen on TV. Not to be missed
25/05/2025: Protagonista della seconda edizione di 4 ristoranti mi aveva colpito per franchezza, sia nella cucina che nell'approccio. Nonostante non riteniamo il programma un riferimento per la scelta dei ristoratori ci eravamo ripromessi di andarci e oggi dopo otto anni ci siamo riusciti. E nonostante sia successo di tutto in quesi 8 anni, abbiamo trovato ciò che avevamo visto in TV. Da non mancare

20/03/2025: Between advice and chance we end up in this restaurant, one of the few open on Tuesdays. What can I say, a real surprise. Excellent quality dish, impeccable service and a menu closely linked to the territory as well as traditions. Highly recommended.
