The wild boar stewed in bujone sauce and the roast rabbit roll were excellent, but the fettucine and pumpkin ravioli with porcini mushrooms also stood out. The side dishes (beans all'uccelletto) were also excellent, and among the homemade desserts, the ricotta and pear tart. Service was prompt and the bill was average.

It had been a few years since I'd been to Trattoria Gasperini, and I was delighted to rediscover the excellent cuisine I remembered, along with a few unusual twists like the delicate juniper-infused wild boar rack. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and Tuscan ragù was also excellent. The dessert was delicious: a mini fruit tart with exquisite cream.

A good option for a quiet meal in a small village in northern Lazio. The appetizer is delicious, featuring local cured meats, cheeses, and ricotta. The Maremma-style ragù is a must-try. The baked potatoes, cooked in their skins, are excellent. Worth a stop.

16/11/2025: Excellent service, very friendly staff, they even gave us blankets to keep warm. Excellent food, plentiful and tasty pici all'amatriciana, delicious panciotti with truffle (perhaps the portion could have been a little larger and it would have been perfect). Nice place... friendly.
15/11/2025: I can only say it's excellent. I think it's a magical place in a magical location like Civita di Bagnoregio. Thank you for everything, and especially for the quality and excellent food. My wife and I were captivated by your kindness and the old-fashioned flavors, served with class and elegance. I rarely eat like this, and in any case, we've been to quite a few restaurants, but if we return, we'll eat at Osteria al Forno di Agnese. Thank you.
