Arriving when the kitchen was closed, we were still cordially welcomed by the owner Roberto who prepared an exquisite mixed platter for us, all with high and refined quality local products. It deserves five stars not only for our experience, but also for the (heartfelt) comments of other diners and for the friendliness and competence of the staff!

Era la prima volta che venivamo in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Il locale è molto carino con decorazioni d'epoca raffinate, i camerieri gentili e disponibili e il cibo molto gustoso : si sente che usano prodotti tipici che sono cucinati alla percezione. A partire dai salumi / formaggi freschi, ai primi deliziosi... C'erano anche dei piatti del giorno come zuppa o gnocchi al tartufo altrettanto gustosi.
Consiglio vivamente se si vuole fare un bel viaggio culinare nella cucina locale.

We had an amazing lunch and were served by (I think) the owner - what a very nice gentleman and so friendly and welcoming to our young toddler (just over 1,5yo). We had the pasta with boar and a boar stew with oven baked potatoes. All dishes were perfect in terms of taste, portion and nicely presented. The interior is a blend of modern and classic/historic building - but in a nice and cosy way. We were passing by, but woildn't skip this place when in the neighborhood - highly recommend, many thanks.

"I had a truly unique experience in this place! The atmosphere is simply magical, with a careful and particular design that makes the environment welcoming and fascinating. In particular, I was struck by the details such as the moss on the frozen wall, which It gives a natural and original touch to the room, creating a wonderful contrast with the rest of the furnishings.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. The food was also excellent, made with fresh ingredients and impeccably presented.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a different and memorable experience, perfect for a special evening or even just to enjoy a moment of relaxation. I will definitely be back!"

Excellent restaurant with excellent food. Family run and truly convivial and friendly staff. Possibility of off-menu requests. Exceptional chef with exceptional cacio e pepe pasta worthy of applause. I will be back soon with many foodie friends.

Fermati per caso abbiamo trovato un locale davvero carino, apparecchiato anche all'aperto lungo il vicolo, con piatti davvero buoni e serviti con cortesia e disponibilità. Il proprietario,così come le cameriere, ci hanno accolti come fossimo di casa. Le pietanze davvero squisite, dal cacio e pepe, agnello, ragù di maremmana, tagliata e dolci, per non parlare della prelibata parmigiana di carciofi! Il tutto accompagnato a inizio cena, con delle bruschette calde con olio locale.
Le foto della location non rendono merito. All'interno le.pareti sono di tufo e i soffitti sono alti, il tutto arredato con gusto.
Lo consiglio vivamente!!
