It was wonderful. The Manzo all'olio con polenta was simply perfect and a must-try. The dessert was also amazing—the best cheesecake of my life, and I should have asked for the recipe...

Trip to Brescia to accompany my daughter to start university... Found it by chance, had a great time, and they were very kind. The food was excellent and the price was right. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Brescia!

We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It was a pleasure to try the Casoncelli alla Bresciana. The lasagna and the local cured meats platter were also delicious. They have a menu in Spanish. The staff is attentive and efficient.

Very delicious food and very good service

What a wonderful small but special place with very flavorful dishes, great service and a comfortable atmosphere thst enhances the experience to a very high degree. Antipasti do casa, terrific. I asked for extra virgin olive oil, to sop up the delightful bread, and bread sticks, and was surprised by the quality! A cool street side table, off the main plaza, was quiet but lots of passersby of interesting people. I'm enchanted.

It's very expensive for what we ate. We were attracted by the traditional feel and the guidebook on the front. We only realized later that it had closed in 2016... The cod we ate was very bland and served with polenta AND potatoes. A vegetable would have been better with the polenta. We found the service unfriendly. In short, not a very good experience and €70 for 2...

A truly wonderful experience at Trattoria Gasparo! We enjoyed two fantastic dishes: the Casoncelli alla bresciana, a traditional stuffed pasta full of authentic local flavor, and the grilled beef fillet with mustard and fig sauce, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced between savory and sweet. Both dishes were outstanding and showed the kitchen’s passion for high-quality Italian cuisine. Beyond the food, what really touched us was the warm hospitality. It was a hot day, and the staff went out of their way to make sure not only we, but also our dog, were comfortable. They kindly brought water and ice for him, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome. This combination of exceptional food, genuine kindness, and a warm, inviting atmosphere makes Trattoria Gasparo a place we’ll never forget. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Brescia!
