I flew very high with a progressive trio of Capù Scapat, kid with potatoes and polenta (only available on Sundays) and Sicilian cannoli. Exceptional.

We ate downstairs, inside what looks like a cellar with stone vaults and a gentleman arrived to "tell us" about the local and Brescia specialties. Every dish tasted was delicious, balanced and tasty. First place among today's dishes is salted beef

It's a place I haven't been to for years. The quality of the food, wine list and service are sincerely excellent. I tasted capù scapà, liver mousse, fillet with mustard. Exceptional. The owner, professional, courteous and attentive to customers' requests. The wines are certainly interesting, alongside the so-called "bulk wines" from Garda. Definitely worth trying.

02/01/2025: The place is very welcoming and well looked after. The menu is basic but well mixed with proposals. the price would not be a problem €143 (starter for 2, risotto, ravioli and a portion of lamb, €22 wine and 2 cheesecakes, 2 coffees) in my opinion if prices of this type are offered the quality must be top, in risotto the truffle is practically devoid of flavour, 27 of lamb for 2 pieces of reheated ribs and with a strong smell and quite insipid is too much, the place is very nice and the well-maintained service, I am convinced that in a few years they will be able to reach a top level. Recommended but with medium expectations.
02/01/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant and everything was excellent. The turkey with paprika and vegetables was delicious, with perfect flavors and crunchy vegetables. The service was pleasant and attentive. Highly recommended!
