We ate at lunch in a Saturday. The food was excellent, we ordered crostini and the liver was excellent. As secondo, we ordered chicken which had an excellent taste and tagliata dí manzo con rozmarini which was awesome and so soft that I think we could cut with the fork😊. The atmosfere is very quiet, with soft music in background, not very loud, exactly to feel good. We will come back any time.
This is the fourth time I've come to Gabriello (from Bologna) with friends to have the Florentine steak, and this time too it was a sure thing. Excellent meat and great service.

Best meal we had in all of Italy. I’m still telling the tale of the braised ossobuco and unique tomato soup. My greatest joy is that we met other travelers in Rome and Positano who had yet to stop in Florence on their trips, and that they reached back out to say how amazing our recommendation of Trattoria il Gabriello was.

I visited Trattoria Il Gabriello in Florence for a casual dinner with friends. The atmosphere was pleasant and the central location definitely convenient, but overall, the experience was fairly average.
The food was fine, but nothing stood out compared to other places in the area. The service was polite, but not particularly memorable. I found the portions a bit small for the price, which seemed slightly high for what was offered.
In short, it was an okay dinner, but not enough to make me eager to return anytime soon.

PIATTI : OTTIMI
abbiamo preso un tagliere per due e devo dire che sia i salumi che i formaggi erano veramente ottimi, così come i due primi che abbiamo preso (pici cacio/pepe e pancetta croccante e Taglioni al tartufo.
