We arrived not super hungry, and thought we would only order first courses. But after my amazing pappadelle with wild boar, my appetite opened up and I ordered the pepper beef stew with a side of spinach. Both were excellent. Every server was friendly and attentive. Each item came surprisingly quickly. We had an outstanding experience.

The best Florentine steak I've ever had in Florence. This is one of those restaurants you never forget and always recommend to anyone going to Florence. My brother-in-law also ordered a lasagna that I tried, and I can say it was the best I've ever had in Italy. Anyone going to Florence should definitely have at least one meal at this restaurant. 10/10.

Dinner in the center of Florence with a 50% discount through The Fork. The restaurant is nice and centrally located, making it easy to get to, but the overall impression is that you're paying more for the location than the quality of the food. Food: Average dishes, decent portions but nothing particularly sophisticated. Simple dishes like pappa al pomodoro, at over €10, are significantly overpriced for the ingredients used. Service: The staff was polite but slightly irritable, not particularly welcoming. Bill: With two appetizers shared between four (not very generous), a first course each, and just water, we spent €35 per person, which with the discount became €17.50. Without the promotion, I would never have spent that amount for what was offered. Conclusion: Average experience, acceptable only thanks to the discount. Without The Fork, the value for money would have been completely unfavorable.

Friendly and fast service, excellent food, and a wine selection worthy of one of the best wine bars. We'll definitely be back. Peposo is amazing!

Excellent service from Antonella, very patient, great recommendations! Beautiful and comfortable restaurant. Lovely wine options. Food was spectacular. Polenta appetizer, ensalada misto, steak with Rosemary and Ribs with potatoes, all delicious! Finished with chocolate cake and tiramisu for a perfect evening. Go! Highly recommended!!

A very central restaurant with slightly lower prices than the competition, it's worth a stop. I booked for an unusual time (2:30 PM), but I was still greeted with the utmost kindness and had a truly delicious meal. An excellent steak—I haven't had one of this caliber in years—at a very reasonable price. The service was attentive and never pushy, even though we were the last guests left and they were just waiting for us to close. A wide selection, but exclusively meat and meat dishes, which is absolutely normal in central Florence.
