I read that since last year the restaurant has changed its historical management. I don't know how it was before but the young people who are now at the tables and in the kitchen fully deserve the 5 stars. Characteristic external dehor and well-kept interiors, professional and friendly service, absolutely impeccable. Traditional dishes presented and slightly revisited with a modern touch which nevertheless confirms the excellent execution and quality raw materials. Advised.
