Trattoria Fratelli Briganti In Firenze

Best meal we had in Italy!!! Was staying at an Airbnb nearby and so happened to see this place on Google Maps, and read all the amazing reviews. It definitely lived up to its reviews. We walked in for lunch, and had a booking for dinner on the same day, so we could try out their pasta and also the florentine steak! Everything we ordered was amazing: -Briganti pasta (so simple, but absolutely delicious with quality ingredients) -Carbonara pasta (best carbonara I’ve had) -Florentine steak with a side of fried potatoes and zucchini (which the waiter recommended 🤤 -Tiramisu Would definitely come back every time I’m in Florence!

10/10!! Just arrived to our Airbnb and wanted food close by. How lucky to stumble across this place. The food was delicious and the local wine was great! Also very affordable! The vibe and ambience of this place made it! It felt so authentic, all the staff were so friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you!

for the pizza I would give 1 star, honestly I don't want to give 1 star to the whole place since I only ate there once, and only one pizza, but I strongly advise against it, if you do order something else

Their food is good...but the service is too fast, as soon as they're finished, they're already cleared away... Unpleasant surprise when I was charged 2 x 3 euros for the cutlery...shameful...they're taking advantage of tourists...

Very good food. Not good value for money.

Historic place for me and my family. This review is only in my name and does not involve anyone else but me, I want to preface this. We went to eat months ago. Unfortunately, both the quality and the environment (in my humble opinion) have gotten much worse. The place is now very noisy. As a young girl, I would happily go there to eat both in the morning and for dinner.. But when I returned, despite the management being the historic one, I did not find myself at all well. In the outside area we are all literally stuck together and I often received involuntary blows to the arm from the waiters who have to juggle in a tiny space. The noise, even for me who am a girl who listens to metal, was truly unbearable. Unfortunately, I did not like the food, I had a first course changed that unfortunately was not to my liking and they did it in a very kind way. But unfortunately, the quality of what was brought afterwards was not equal to that of the past. I'm very sorry especially because it was an important evening for me and between the invasive noise and the rest, I left really dissatisfied. Obviously nothing personal. But I would have liked to keep a good memory of that place that I frequented so much. I hope to be able to return and maybe change my mind and this time try the inside part. P.s. usually you wait really long to be able to sit down even if you have booked. Parking is non-existent since it is on a road and all the parking lots are full of cars of those who live there. P.s. high prices compared to the quality of the products.

Awesome restaurant. Wonderful place, great food, reasonable prices and excellent service away from the tourist trap places. Would absolutely go back next time in florence.

In Florence it's practically an institution, fantastic food, I recommend the zuccotto for dessert, delicious!

Ottimo, da provare assolutamente. I primi e il bollito sono al top ! Dolci enormi. sempre pieno, da prenotare sempre e non sempre si trova posto.

La mia seconda esperienza in questo locale, uno spettacolo dall'accoglienza fino all' ammazzacaffè!!!! Tutto di alta qualità e quantità più che giuste.
