Trattoria Francesca In Enna

We just had dinner at this unpretentious family restaurant, which, as its motto says, "cooks like it used to." Don't expect luxury or paraphernalia. A father and his son served us warmly and pleasantly. Without a doubt, one of the best pastas we've eaten in Sicily (and we're very picky!). Thanks to Francesca and her family.

The restaurant is not very large but clean, the food is excellent, the staff and owners are friendly and kind... I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

The food is average, but it's not a trattoria, let's say a local refreshment place.

Very authentic Sicilian cuisine, cheap, large portions, and most importantly, fresh ingredients, with a menu that changes daily.

A pleasant discovery On our way home from Catania to Palermo, we relied on Google for dinner... the closest trattoria on the route was Enna, and your restaurant. We sat down without a reservation. We ordered a house appetizer, three first courses (a pasta with tomato sauce for our daughter, which was offered by Signora Francesca), and a portion of meatloaf... what can I say? Everything was delicious (the meatloaf took me back many years with the flavors and love put into preparing dishes just like my grandmother used to make). We found hospitality and kindness, the place small but well-kept and clean... Excellent value for money. We will gladly return. RECOMMENDED

Excellent quality food cooked according to tradition

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement dans cette trattoria fréquentée par les locaux. C'était vraiment délicieux et copieux pour un tarif plus que raisonnable ( 44€ pour 1 antipasti - 2 plats de pâtes - 2 desserts - 2 cafés ) .

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa trattoria trovata per caso su internet. Locale carino e piccolino, consiglio la prenotazione perche' ci sono pochi tavoli all'interno. Il menu e' giornaliero con pochi piatti, per noi un ottimo inizio, fa capire che la cucina e' fresca. Abbiamo preso la pasta al ragù, le polpette e la trippa ed era tutto ottimo, proprio vero si mangia come una volta...a casa della nonna, piatti davvero saporiti . Accompagnati da patate al forno buone. Prezzo inferiore alla media. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi in questa trattoria.
