We did the Pasta and Tiramisu Experience at the Fonte Giusta Academy. Dennis was a great instructor even though he named my son Colin as the #1 student when clearly I was the #1 student haha. The class and instruction was awesome. Made for a great excursion and we even got a great meal. The class was organized, started timely, and we got good service at the restaurant. Dennis and the staff were great and made for such an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful family dinner at Fonte Giusta Trattoria & Scuola di Cucina in Siena. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were polite and attentive. We ordered tagliatelle anatra, a hamburger, and for dessert panna cotta and cheesecake. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
What really impressed us was how balanced and authentic everything tasted - even the Coca-Cola felt extra refreshing with such good food! We all left very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for traditional yet high-quality Italian food in Siena.

It’s not a bad dining experience but not excellent either. Service by the young staff is sparse, the duck ragu is quite dry, and the only red wine by the glass isn’t great. Seems like a reliable local family establishment but I wouldn’t seek it out as a destination.

In the walls of Siena, near Porta Comollia.
It seems like the usual tourist restaurant but it is not at all. Tables outside under umbrellas but a large room inside. Good attention from the staff, polite and professional. Comfortable tables and seats inside, good atmosphere.
Good selection of wines and excellent quality Sienese menu. We ate really well. The cuisine is traditional and, in my opinion, really well executed. The offer is not vast but not limited either, there is a good variety of first and second courses. Everything we ordered was appreciated.
Nice discovery. We thought we had entered the usual tourist restaurant but it was a nice surprise.

Excellente wijnen per glas.
De charcuterie-kaas schotel (voor 2 personen) was heerlijk alsook het gegrilde kalfsvlees.

Tanto la atención del personal como la,comida excelente, quizás el local es muy ruidoso porque es tan grande que hay grupos y suelen están de juerga, pero val la pena ir y probar sus platos, el vino de la casa está rico y a buen precio, ya que la bebida en Italia está bastante cara.
La carne era excelente y el tiramisú muy rico . Las patatas al horno con romero deliciosas .
