Trattoria Fogliati In Molvena

Niente di Meglio nel festeggiare un anniversario di matrimonio di un ritorno al passato .. in una trattoria che dal 1990 circa non ha cambiato quasi niente …grazie alle due signore si respira un aria di intimità e familiarità che poi si ritrova nei piatti … ottimo il bis di lasagne e bigoli all’ anatra … buona la tagliata ( e se lo dice un toscano …) così come le salsicce e le costicine arrostite in griglia … pregevoli i fagioli in salsa e con cipolle .. piacevole il sorbetto ( offerto )… vino della casa Rosso che va giù come se non ci fosse un domani ..( il bianco da rivedere..) conto da vera trattoria… ci tornerò

Last night, we stumbled upon it by chance, finding ourselves passing through the area at dinner time. We were cold and hungry after an evening snowshoe hike. When we entered it was like arriving home and receiving a cuddle. If there were more places like this managed by such sincere people, we would all be better off.

A little dated place but good food, honest price, friendly staff.

The dress doesn't make the man, the environment is typical of an old trattoria but you soon understand that the courtesy and quality of the food are precisely those of an old trattoria, that is, excellent and Catia goes out of her way to serve everyone well

Posto molto alla mano con cucina casalinga, prezzi ottimi ma per quanto riguarda il cibo mi aspettavo molto di più.....
