Trattoria Filippetto In Castelgomberto

This traditional trattoria has always been a top choice for its traditional dishes (soups, pastas, and meats, especially game). The owners and staff are extremely friendly. Dining here in the evening has a magical feel. The location is very romantic, and the fireplace is always lit. Highly recommended.

It's a very homey "home restaurant" where you can eat good food. The decor is simple, warm, and welcoming. I don't think pets are allowed. The parking lot is adequately sized. There are no signs. The menu (meat) is fixed and they decide it. The wine is the house wine and/or quality prosecco. Coffee is strictly from the coffee maker. The staff is friendly and fast. The kitchen is open in the dining room. It feels like you're entering someone's home and sharing the food. For my taste, the food is a bit too rich in seasoning, but the quality is high. The roast meat is excellent, as is the pasta made with their own herbs. Suitable for anyone who likes rustic, down-to-earth, homey fare.
