We were passing through and not local and stopped for lunch with an empty restaurant on a Sunday. We didn't have high expectations but the menu disappointed us, dishes not all local. More of a restaurant atmosphere but with very high prices for what is offered. Charging 10 euros for spaghetti with tomato sauce for a child seems exaggerated to me, covered on a very minimal placemat I don't understand, you deserve a tablecloth for the prices on the menu. Discreet taste and not abundant portions.

Bel locale ma se siete nella sala sopra la temperatura in inverno non è troppo gradevole perché ogni volta che si apre la porta arriva l aria gelata..pizza buona ma mai croccante piuttosto molle... però molto digeribile

Recommended by a kind local gentleman, the view was satisfied (nice place), after lunch, the palate was satisfied too! Food and wine that won't be forgotten. At the time of the bill, we also discover the friendliness of the innkeeper. Just a nice surprise!

Ancient family-run Trattoria in the splendid setting of the historic center of Bene Vagienna, an ancient Roman village, the dishes, the service and the welcoming environment are the ingredients for a very pleasant business lunch, worth trying!

14/01/2025: Excellent food eaten on Boxing Day, excellent dishes as always worth trying
05/01/2025: On a passing Saturday we stopped for lunch. Last night without booking (but it was better if we didn't), leaving the cinema around 7pm we stopped. They let us sit and told us that the table was already booked for 8.30pm. We had a great time, pizza, drinks, pasta for the kids, appetizer and service and cleanliness all perfect... I appreciated above all the choice of quality products and the high digestibility of the pizza (which isn't everyone's cup of tea lately) well done, keep going, we'll see you again soon!!

La Via Del Sale Ristorante - Pizzeria - Brasserie - Camere

02/03/2025: Pizzeria discovered by chance for dinner while returning from the sea during the week. A little slow in the service (almost an hour of waiting, but it must be remembered that it was very full), the manager was very kind and scrupulous in explaining the dough and the various types of preparations (the waitress who served us was a little less so...perhaps just hired?). Very good pizzas, light dough and plentiful ingredients.. A nice discovery...we will be back
28/02/2025: Traditional Italian restaurant with arguable the best pizza we’ve for years! Chocolate cake was amazing too. Highly recommended
