We stayed for the first time during the week of August 15th. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the beaches, with a beach spot included with the reservation. The entertainment team was excellent, engaging both children and adults. The service was excellent, and the food was always different for both lunch and dinner. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but that's typical of the area, so we knew to expect a lot of mosquitoes, and you're lucky if you're not a mosquito-loving person! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families whose parents want to relax. They have plenty of entertainment for children and teenagers.

It was a wonderful experience! Peaceful, with tons of activities to participate in, but without the stress and obligations. The beach is just steps away. Bikes with two child seats are available for rent. The restaurant is kid-friendly and offers delicious food!

Perfect vacation for my daughter and I – genuine hospitality and warmth My 6-year-old daughter and I spent a week at this wonderful family hotel and had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a kindness that immediately made us feel at home. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a mother with a daughter: everything was thought of down to the smallest detail. But what we loved most was the peaceful, family-friendly, and truly child-friendly atmosphere. My daughter had a blast at the kids' club, with constantly new and engaging activities led by the sweetest entertainers. Every evening, she couldn't wait to go to the baby dance! The play area and children's pool are also safe and well-maintained, perfect for her to play freely. The food is excellent, with plenty of options for both adults and children. My daughter really enjoyed the children's buffet, while I enjoyed carefully prepared dishes using quality ingredients. A special thanks to Alessandro and Cristina, the owners, for their helpfulness, passion, and courtesy: they are always present, attentive, and with a positive energy that shines through. And a huge thank you also to the staff, magnificent in every way: professional, kind, and always ready to go that extra mile to make every moment special. It was a peaceful, fun vacation filled with beautiful memories. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all mothers (and not only!) who want to spend a few days in a welcoming, safe, and caring environment. A hotel that is really well equipped for families with children and is wheelchair accessible. They also thought of many little things that will make your stay with children more enjoyable and easier. Great satisfaction with the food, rooms, cleanliness, staff, entertainment, equipment... The only small minus, which cannot be influenced, is that the hotel is not directly on the beach. But it is as close to the beach as possible (right behind the forest, which is a nature reserve). The beach is very nice, with good services and has never been crowded, there are not too many sunbeds. And one more thing - there are really a lot of cicadas 🙂 Also, you sometimes have to look for parking (especially on weekends).

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – especially thanks to the people who work here. The animation team really gives their all and does a fantastic job. Every entertainer treats the children with kindness, commitment, and genuine enthusiasm. Even our daughter Lotta, who is rather shy, felt very welcome. Giulia showed her with heart and patience that she belonged – despite the language barrier. Thank you for this commitment, which is anything but a given! We also experienced genuine hospitality in the restaurant. The management does a first-class job; the entire team is friendly, attentive, and always strives to ensure guests have a pleasant time. The food is very good, the service warm – even if some guests are not very respectful or simply consider the staff that. The team always remains friendly and professional, with a genuine smile on their faces. For that, we have our full respect and sincere appreciation! The chef is not only dedicated, but also very friendly and helpful – you can tell that the cooking here is done with joy. The bar is run with love – the service is particularly attentive, friendly, and cordial. Here, too, you feel truly appreciated as a guest. The reception is always helpful and attentive, always approachable and friendly when it comes to questions. And last but not least: the housekeeping is first-class – thorough, reliable, and friendly. Here, too, guests are greeted with a smile. What's particularly nice is that you always feel welcome, even without Italian. Many employees speak English or try to establish a connection with gestures and friendliness. It's the attitude that counts – and here, it's consistently positive. We thank each and every one who works at this hotel for this wonderful time. It's palpable that the work here is done with heart. The animation team has a fantastic background. They animate their children with gentleness, impegno and enthusiasm since then. Another little girl, Lotta, now she's sent to accomplice and congratulate. Giulia has a great deal of time with her heart and soul as part of the group, without the difficulty of linguistics. Grazie di heart for this impegno! Also at the restaurant you can see a vera ospitalità. The direction of a lavoro excellent, the intero team è cordiale, attento and si impegna a rendere piacevole il soggiorno di ogni ospite. The cibo is good and the service is warm – even when the client does not come with the help of the staff and the staff alone come “personal service”. Lo staff resta semper sorridente, professionale e gentile. For this merita this is the nostra stima and the nostro rispetto. The chef is not solely competent, but he is also available and gentlemanly – he sent the kitchen with good things. The bar is gestured with love, the service is attentive, cordial and accompaniment. Also you can see and apprehend come to mind. The reception is always available, gentle and ready to serve. E infine: the pull of the camere is so impeccable – everything is made with cura, the personal is gentle and affidable. Also, this saluto is accompagnato da un sorriso sincero. An aspetto speciale: even though it is not parla Italiano, it is sent to the benvenuto. Molti dipendenti parlano English or trovano communque un modo gentile per communicacare. A weekend experience in a standard room. The staff were very kind and helpful, even in the restaurant, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The owner, Mrs. Cristina, is a real powerhouse!! Fantastic ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, everywhere is spotlessly clean, from the common room to the games room and the rooms, which are sanitized every time guests leave. All the rooms have a "forest" theme, making it feel like you're in a forest. Wonderful! Highly recommended for those with children because it's a family hotel with a child-friendly theme, from the location to the games, from the children's playground, entertainment, and pool, and also for parents who can relax on vacation because the hotel has everything! Our room was a standard one, very basic, but we knew this because it was a special choice. Aside from its simplicity, it had everything! The restaurant, with its all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is a great idea because, in addition to the good food, it pleases everyone! If I had to find something negative, the hair dryer in the bathroom, a bit dated with the cord attached to the wall, gets very hot after being on for a while. Other than that, nothing else. There's entertainment, but the head entertainer is very rude and allows herself to humiliate the other kids by yelling at them... and that's not good in front of the customers. The other entertainers are very nice and helpful, despite being treated badly.

This is our third year at this hotel, and it's always a guaranteed success. You walk in knowing you're guaranteed to relax. The staff is incredibly helpful (the legendary Cristina coordinates everything!), the staff is courteous, the cuisine is excellent and varied (chef Enrico outdoes himself every day), the rooms are consistently clean, and spacious. The children's areas are beautiful, safe, and secure (a playroom with staff always on hand, non-stop cinema, indoor and outdoor games). The entertainers are highly trained. This year in particular, the Prometeo association provided us with extraordinary, passionate, and engaging staff with the right amount of discretion. We saw meticulous preparation and loving attention from them, who had a wonderful time. For those with children, it's the perfect solution because they can truly relax knowing they're in good hands. It's also easy to make amazing new friends. In short, we left feeling sad!

Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo con la mia famiglia, in 5, chi pesce (fettuccine con lo spada e ombrina) chi "carne"( ravioli e black Angus). Tutto buono e a prezzi veramente buoni (125€ in 5) compreso 1/2 litro di vino della casa. Non posso che consigliarlo e ci torneremo sicuramente a provare il pesto!

Con il fotografo dell'agenzia, dopo alcuni mesi, siamo ritornati a pranzo per mangiare velocemente con ottimi piatti ed una spesa contenuta ... infatti il locale è sempre pieno !!!
