Very decent hotel. Prices are quite high compared to others. The room cleaning service is fantastic. And now a few words about the surroundings. The hotel is located about 300 m from the beach. You cross the street, then through the forest and you are on the beach, only a private one. The cost of a sun lounger is 20 euros per day. If you want to spread out a blanket, some guy immediately comes and throws you 300 meters away on a narrow strip of a public beach. The water in the Adriatic Sea in this place is downright hot but terribly polluted. Forget that a bath will be nice. When returning to the hotel, you must watch out for swarms of mosquitoes. In general, mosquitoes rule the entire facility. The staff tries to fight them by using incense sticks, but there are so many of them that it doesn't help. Each of us came back with huge bite blisters. Neat and spacious rooms with air conditioning in apartments for each room separately. There are lots of small children everywhere, this hotel is famous for it. There are animations for children every day, but in Italian. Breakfast was plentiful but very monotonous. Jack cheese, bacon, and terrible sausages are the always warm morning menu. The water in the pool is clean and you can feel that it is well prepared for swimming. The swimming pool is open from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m The basin itself doesn't look that good anymore. Large patches of paint fall off the bottom and you fish them out from time to time. The parking lot is quite large, but under trees where birds hang out, so expect a surprise on the roof. The corridors are stuffy, only places where people are present are air-conditioned. We rate our stay as 4, but the area itself is not pleasant and you may get bored in the long run.

Wonderful and unforgettable experience! Ideal for families (even large ones) with children aged from 0 to 11 years: nursery, entertainment, playroom, swimming pool and sea just a stone's throw away! Other services: self-service kitchen for babies, laundry, caterpillar restaurant for 4 years and up, theme evenings... you never get bored. Ideal for dynamic holidays with excursions for the whole family but also for parents to relax a little (thanks to the numerous services). Friendly, affable staff, available 24 hours a day with night concierge. Unique: don't expect the Sardinian sea, rooms a little cramped but functional. WHAT TO SAY? Fantastic place especially for those with children, excellent food and service, entertainment until late in the evening, lots of activities for children including the cinema just for them with popcorn, and a games room for younger children. Hotel fully designed for children, you can stay there for a few days. What we didn't like: - Mini pool - Pool very deep, not for small children - Mini playground - Sharp-edged fence around the playground (see photo) - No parking spaces to unload luggage - Parking lot flooded and muddy when it rained (see photo) - Reception difficult to find, I walked around the whole hotel and still couldn't find the entrance - Good breakfast, but very time-consuming (you can't serve yourself and have to queue for every little thing) - Rather spartan standard room

It is a 3 star hotel that deserves 5 in review. It is perfect for families with even small children. Excellent food, plentiful and varied, a truly complete general structure for families, well-kept and of high quality. Cleanliness and order reign supreme. Young and helpful staff. Attentive owners with a special note to Cristina who transmits safety to everyone. He knows his stuff. It lacks a business space and a gym, but that's not the target so they're right to have put in their place a cinema, playroom, games room, spaces for children, even an open-air theater and a well-stocked bar. Well-kept swimming pool and just enough: the beach is a few minutes walk through the pine forest. Sea generally calm. Free car parking but in high season not enough for everyone. However, there is plenty of space on the street.

I was on holiday with the children (4 and 8 years old) and my husband last week and the desire to return is great. A well-kept, family-friendly environment.

We had a pleasant all inclusive holiday week. The strong points of the structure are certainly the attention paid to the cleanliness of the rooms, beautiful and recently renovated, the very good cuisine of chef Enrico and the unparalleled professional welcome and continuous attention of Cristina. A few sore points regarding the reception whose manager, in my opinion, does not excel in welcoming. We had some difficulties with the assignment and availability of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (3 minutes on foot) both on arrival and departure, and some small problems with the car park inside the structure which was always full in July 2024. Very beautiful entertainment for even small children and teenagers with animators always active and present.

Beautiful location. UNIQUE I believe this hotel is the first that we have found after years that are attentive to the well-being of guests and offer healthy solutions. As a vegan and a sportsman I found a WOWWWWWWW breakfast THEY HAVE THE ideal VEGETABLE EXTRACTOR to start the day full of energy. Trained staff And extremely high quality products. The hotel offers unique services Like a filtered water flattener to refill water bottles. Beautiful and naturalistic interior design of the lobby. Only downside The rooms are not in line with the hotel's philosophy.

Great hotel, when we entered they immediately welcomed us and we quickly took care of all organizational matters. Entering the room, it was really very nice, although the bunk bed was not very tight and you had to press it hard to make it fit, the bathroom was also nice and there was hot water. But downstairs in the bunk bed it wasn't so nice, the bed was placed very low and I hit myself a few times, but it doesn't matter. As for the food, the breakfast was very good, apart from the sausages, but yes, it was great, the juicer was a bit faulty and we had to use oranges with peel, which tasted mediocre, but the service was great and I recommend the pancakes with Nutella. Overall, I recommend it
