Excellent welcome and very good service. The environment is a little too small with non-existent space between the tables. Average food but a little below our expectations given the medium-high prices.

Mouth-watering restaurant. Service and courtesy at stellar levels, traditional dishes served impeccably which reflect the excellence of the service. Excellent knowledge of the wines that enhance the flavors of the proposals. Abundant use of truffles and we like it. Welcoming and family environment. How could you not end with a perfectly balanced dessert. Highly recommended. We don't attach photos because we didn't have time to take them :p

Good food in an excellent location in Savigno, slightly outside Bologna. Recommended for eating good truffles. The service and hospitality they gave us was excellent.

The restaurant was located in the centre and they welcomed me as soon as I entered. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in choosing some great local dishes which tasted amazing. I love finding new places in areas I’ve not been to. Thank you

29/01/2025: Intimate and very nice place, friendly and professional host and waitresses. Space cod meatballs as well as artichokes, chicory and creamed cod. To finish, the tiramisu was something superlative.
24/01/2025: It's not the first time in this place and I've always liked it, but this time it didn't shine like the previous ones. Giudia artichoke burnt and too greasy, amatriciana too salty and spicy, the fried anchovies, cod croutons and desserts are excellent. I hope next time it will be better.

Trattoria del Volo a Vela l'Accademia del Cacio e Pepe

26/01/2025: I was with friends for a birthday. I ordered A good carbonara and a fillet but with some PROBLEMS. The raw and cold pasta with the carbocrema (for those who don't know and the cream made with egg for the carbonara) which seemed to have expired since 16 January 1900, the fillet served COLD. For the environment and its beauty, if nothing else, they put us next to the door and it was bitterly cold when they opened and closed the entrance door. I would like to go on but I don't feel like it so I don't recommend this restaurant.
