Fantastic risotto, one of the best in years. The casserole was very good, but in my opinion, it contained tomato puree and not the tomato paste, which made it a bit acidic. That said, everything was really delicious.

I had lunch at this historic trattoria in Brianza, which serves traditional local dishes. I tried the risotto alla Milanese with veal cheek, which was excellent, with incredibly tender meat that melted in your mouth—something even the Michelin-starred restaurant where we dined didn't have. My wife instead chose their cassoeula, which she loved for its abundance and perfect balance of flavors.
I highly recommend this place: try it and believe it.

We discovered Trattoria Edda by chance about a year ago, in Cremnago, a hamlet of Inverigo in the heart of Brianza. We often return, especially in the winter, because they make excellent cassoeula.
The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is welcoming, family-friendly, and friendly.
The service is attentive and courteous.
We decided to celebrate New Year's Eve there as well, and the evening exceeded all expectations, further enhanced by the music.
A very positive experience, we recommend it; try it and believe it!
