By chance, escaping the madness of the Spanish Quarter and the old town… we sat down at “Ornella’s”. Excellent value for money, efficient, quick, Italian cuisine just as you could wish for it… if there were six stars, I’d give them all! Cool and very efficient service, local office clientele. NOTHING to complain about except thank you!

14/2/2026... outside non-stop rain! We were going to go somewhere else but on the way back we came across the shop. Full... We hadn't made a reservation but they found us a table. We ate 2 pizzas and a local beer! Everything was very good! Thank you very much!

03/02/2026: We found this hidden gem as we walking looking for somewhere extraordinary to celebrate my wife's birthday, what we didn't expect was to find this amazing and unique experience. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left was incredible to say the least, the homemade bread and olive oil is sublime, the starters were mind blowing along with the mains and desserts. We sat at the chefs table where you eat what the chef decides and pay what you feel, (which depicts what we paid as it was amazing we paid what we thought was courtesy enough with a tip and drinks included in the price) and I cannot deny it was amazing and the local red wine was delicious. We even got a picture with the chef and staff afterwards and went through inside and experienced their locale fare with some music and dance. Strongly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience couldn't have asked for anything better to celebrate the wife's birthday truly unique and amazing. September 2025
