Great typical food from Mantova. Large portions and fast service. Prices are very reasonable too. Strongly recommended.

We ate quite well. The stew was good, but we found it a little salty, but the presentation in the cocotte was very nice. In our opinion, the pumpkin tortelli had a dough that was too thick and an overpowering amaretti flavor. The outdoor area under the pergola where we were seated was beautiful. However, the price is average.

very good stracotto agnoli, recommended. detached and unwelcoming service, several dishes that were on the menu were not available when requested; the POS didn't work. Old fashioned but clean ambience and presentation. With a little effort everything could be much better.

Storica tratttoria mantovana, leggermente al di fuori del centro storico. Ambiente tradizionale e menù tipicamente mantovano. Il piatto forte sono i maccheroncini al torchio con lo stracotto: abbondanti, saporiti, ricchi di condimento e perfettamente amalgamati tra pasta e stracotto. Se venite qui, sono un piatto assolutamente da non perdere. Antipasto di salumi di buona qualità, buono il bollito misto e anche i dolci. Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi nella media e personale gentile. In definitiva, uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti a Mantova.

I had lunch in this trattoria in Mantua with my colleague. We had a trio of first courses. The portions were generous and they were delicious. I accompanied the trios with a glass of still red wine. I have to say that I liked it very much. The service was very good. Unfortunately I can't tell you how much I spent because my colleague bought me lunch.
