The long wait to book raises expectations that are then somewhat disappointed... the menu is strictly Ligurian, without any particular imagination, well-cooked but not exceptional, the pesto is good (of course!).
The focus is on fried dishes, which are not bad, but the meats are a bit dry. The portions are normal, the prices are fair. Overall, it's in line with the local offerings. The reserved parking and proximity to Sori are positives, but be careful on the road.

We went for lunch, the focaccia was excellent, the pansoti with walnut sauce was excellent, the mixed fried Italian food was excellent, I would say highly recommended.

A beautiful location: a veranda in the mountains above Sori with an outdoor area overlooking the sea, perhaps a little inconvenient to get to.
Extremely friendly staff and a very good menu!! Very reasonable prices (only €35 for an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and wine).
Reservations are essential, as Drin is always in high demand, and for good reason!
The appetizer pictured is a gorgonzola focaccia served with prosciutto.
(You can also order it with stracchino and served with ham.)
The sauce is exceptional: both the mushroom and the meat sauce: thick and flavorful.
The fried artichokes and fried lamb are incredible. (Artichokes can only be ordered in the winter to preserve the product's quality.) The Italian-style fritto misto is also very good.
Very classic desserts, with the mille sfoglie a bit more unique.
