Great quality food, served by a super friendly personnel. A hidden gem to be visited more and more every season of the year. The restaurant is open since the 15th century under the same family, impressive!

I hope to return as soon as possible! I ate a piece of Piedmontese beef cut with a knife and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and garlic from Caraglio: Divine!!! Highly recommended. Very kind owner, I can't wait to return to try other local dishes. Niche products selected and excellently prepared. Incredible value for money. 5 stars well deserved

Excellent well prepared local Piemontese food. The owner is very enthusiastic about the local products he uses. Excellent extended wine list. Very friendly reception. Make sure to reserve a table in advance.

The brioches were very well filled but the dough was a little stringy

Small restaurant tucked away on the first floor. The dishes were very well prepared. Until now I always knew a Tagliata di Vitello cut into strips - but it still tasted good. The service was very friendly and attentive. But she surprised us by putting the white wine bottle on the table without cooling, tasting or pouring. There is still some room for improvement. Nevertheless, it only has a negligible influence on the overall impression.
