We found it by chance during a motorcycle tour in the Aosta Valley, where we enjoyed the region's specialties: crostini with Arnad lard and carbonada. Everything was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.

On my way back from Courmayeur, I found this restaurant, which I must say is very nice. The staff were very kind and helpful, and even though I hadn't booked, they found me a table right away, even though they were fully booked. The food was excellent, and the dishes were typical of the area. Congratulations!

Jolie trattoria au bord de la route. Terrasse aérée et ombragée. Accueil et service professionnel et agréable. Carte variée. Nombreuses spécialités à base des produits locaux. Chariot de desserts magnifique. Carte des vins étendue. Une très bonne adresse aux accents gastronomiques.

18/10/2025: Very nice osteria: beautiful decoration good , efficient and welcoming service. There are many options on the menu, offering traditional food. Our dishes were delicious. The restaurant was full so maybe reservation is a good idea

Trattoria Praetoria

14/09/2025: The staff were exquisite and extremely kind, welcoming us despite the late hour. Superb setting, right next to the Porta Pretoria. The food was exceptional, tasty, and plentiful. I'll definitely be back.
08/09/2025: This trattoria is a great restaurant, ideally located next to the gate of the same name and the tourist office. The interior atmosphere is warm and tasteful. Italian is spoken (and French for those who like to eat there). The service is impeccable and friendly. The well-cooked dishes feature local specialties. I enjoyed a Barbera wine from Piedmont, directly from the owner's agroturismo (digital the waiter).
