Passing through Cuglieri, my wife and I decided to stop at this restaurant, which is a local institution. I knew it from coming here for work many years ago.
Despite the time that has passed, I find the same kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail, both from the customers and in the preparation of the dishes. Superb rib-eye steak, delicious stewed donkey, amazing potatoes...

Italian cuisine has been recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Desogos is an outstanding representative of this heritage. Sardinian cuisine at its finest. Highly recommended.
