We reserved a place for dinner upon the recommendation of the gentleman where we were staying. Meat, appetizers, wine, everything was delicious and beautiful. The most unnecessary memory we have about the place was the meaningless, strange and unnecessary behavior of the young lady at the cash register, which did not fit into such a modest and pleasant place. Apart from that, the service and taste are excellent.

The tourist guide recommended it to us. Away from tourist areas, delicious and local food. Very good attention. The 4 cheese gnocchi are delicious.

Maravilloso restaurante florentino. Este establecimiento de barrio sirve comida maravillosa con buen servicio y parece que también está lleno de lugareños. Esta no fue nuestra primera visita, sin embargo, no nos decepcionó. La comida y el servicio es siempre de primera categoría y amable. Para empezar, teníamos los Gnocchi 4 Formaggi y Risotto ai fiori di zucca e mozzarella. Perfectamente preparado y abundante. Para la alimentación, tuvimos la Tagliatta di Manzo con pepe nero y romero y Tagliata di Tacchino al Rosmarino su Insalata Belga. Húmedo y sabroso. Algunas espinacas como contorni. Maravilloso. Partimos un dolce (postre). Algo dulce fue un buen final, En general una experiencia maravillosa.

Restaurante excepcional. Personal, comida, ambiente todo increíble. Mi esposa y yo cenamos aquí dos noches seguidas, durante una visita a Florencia, en septiembre. Fue muy recomendable el personal en Horto Convento y estaban en el lugar. Ya estamos planeando nuestra próxima visita a Italia, que definitivamente incluirá Trattoria dell'Orto.

13/04/2025: A wonderful discovery! The products are of very good quality, the setting is pleasant, and the service is efficient. If, like me, you enjoy "culinary tourism," this is a great place to go! (Regarding the comments that mention the prices, the value for money is quite reasonable considering the quality of the cuisine.)
11/04/2025: Went to Antica Osteria Toscana with 4 of my friends, it is our first time visiting Florence, Italy. We had the BEST dining experience here. The food was amazing; we ordered the Pici Cacio e Pepe Pasta, Asparagus Risotto & Fiorentina Italiana Steak. The highlight was the steak ~ the beef was tender and juicy and we devoured it all within minutes. We drank Prosecco wine and ended the evening with a Tiramisu. A special thank you to our super friendly and attentive server, Adriano, he made our dining experience even more memorable. A definite must visit when you're in Florence! ❤️❤️❤️

Trattoria Sciabolino

29/03/2025: If you come for a tour in the province of Florence you can't miss Trattoria da Sciabolino. My friends and I went there for dinner and we had: the Tuscan antipasto platter and the crostino with burrata, anchovy and truffle, simply extraordinary. We then continued with a second course of first courses: pici with white sauce and truffle, which were exquisite, and the unbeatable gnocchi all'ortica, absolutely a must try. For the second course, rosticciane, sausage and then the Florentine steak, the best I've ever eaten, with a side of fried artichokes and potatoes. All accompanied by excellent wine. Finally, the tiramisu to conclude a spectacular dinner. The setting is perfect for both formal and informal dinners. The service is of great quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
