In this restaurant dedicated to local flavors, regional cuisine is expressed with sincerity and generosity. Each dish demonstrates a deep respect for traditional recipes, enhanced by masterful execution.
A special mention goes to the assortment of homemade charcuterie, of remarkable quality, which kicks things off with a delicious treat.
Among the rich selection of dishes, we particularly enjoyed two regional favorites: the Marubini ai brodi, comforting and subtle, and the Sorbir di Marubini, deliciously spicy.
The main courses stand out for their finesse and authenticity:
The Porc-tonné, interpreted according to Pellegrino Artusi's original recipe (1891), offers a perfect balance between sweetness and character.
The roast beef from Punta d'Anca di Sbottona, meltingly tender, seduces with its remarkable tenderness.
The carefully curated wine list harmoniously complements the dishes. Also noteworthy: the possibility of purchasing homemade products on-site, a testament to the establishment's artisanal expertise.
The service is impeccable, combining professionalism, a smile, and kindness. A special thank you to the owner, whose insightful explanations allowed us to easily navigate this generous menu.

Fabulous!!!! Two brothers, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Amazing food, with a constant search for the perfect product. Excellent wines paired perfectly with traditional dishes, but always with a touch of innovation.

In the restaurant you take a dive into the past.
Excellent food, attentive to local and refined production; à la carte menu on Easter day. Lots of stuff!!

Going to Veneto for the natural wine fairs at the beginning of April, we wanted to make a small detour to try this restaurant, whose fame had reached us through word of mouth through friends who share our food and wine tastes.
Expectations were high but I can definitely say they were exceeded in a big way! Omar is a very knowledgeable and friendly host, who immediately makes you feel at ease by transmitting all his passion for authentic food and properly made wine! The dishes were each more interesting than the other and it was really difficult to choose, because I would have eaten them all. I must say that the ones chosen amazed me with real flavours, which embody tradition and excellent quality local raw materials.
As far as wines are concerned, you are spoiled for choice, with some gems capable of making any enthusiast happy.
Even though I live far away, I will return as soon as possible with immense pleasure.

I ate very well in a trattoria full of culture and typical foods of the
Place. The staff are made to be among people, friendly and quick, they explain the typical nature of the restaurant's foods with culinary choices that comply with the area. Very intelligent and particularly good and tasty dishes. I recommend you go there!
