Trattoria, with a Piedmontese menu, with the inclusion of some Roman dishes, the cook is Roman. Trattoria just outside the center of Intra, interesting menu, average prices, good dishes but too tasty, the pasta alla gricia was good but the pecorino was really too salty, we also found the same problem with the Roman tripe, with flakes of pecorino. Informal service, but well executed, we had an unlucky day, the heating didn't work, the electric heaters couldn't heat the place, and eating in the cold isn't the best.

Wir waren heute in der Trattoria Della Stella essen. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Ravioli mit Kürbis und Makkaroni mit Speck und Käse. Als Hauptspeise, Gemüse und Polenta sowie Rinderbraten mit Polenta. Alles geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, das Rindfleisch super zart, die Sauce zum hinknien. Der Koch ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, Sonderwünsche, absolut kein Problem.ganz hervorragende italienische Hausmannskost, sehr zu empfehlen.

Dopo tanti anni sono tornato in questo ristorante con una capienza interna di sole 25 persone, invece con il bel tempo c'è un ampio giardino che permette di mangiare all'aperto. Il menù è particolare con piatti ed ingredienti locali che privilegia la cucina dell'alto Verbano. Ho degustato un ottimo antipasto con prosciutto vigezzino con mozzarelle morbide di fattura artigianale con voto 10/10, poi ho optato al capeluco di asino con polenta cucinato delicatamente con un risultato di totale morbidezza ed un gusto memorabile con voto 10/10. Un calice di vino ossolano, essendo un motorider😏 Il servizio casalingo di grande attenzione crea un'atmosfera familiare e piacevole. Un ristorante sicuramente da frequentare per degustare altre prelibatezze, pertanto un arrivederci.
