Excellent food, with incredible flavor. Of all the restaurants I ate at in Rome, this was without a doubt the tastiest.

We ordered fresh pasta with beef ragù and pesto sauce. They were excellent! For our main course, we had the Roman tripe (tripe), which was very well prepared. The Aperol Spritz was also perfect. The restaurant is quite small and fills up quickly. I recommend booking. We went twice!

Superb!!! Basically, a small family restaurant which is common in Italy. Our food was amazingly good, with wonderful depth of flavor - a Caprese salad followed by pasta with a meat, Ragu, and saffron pasta with shrimp & zucchini. Lunch but we did share a glass of nice Chianti. Dinner is fully booked except for 9 PM. We will go back for another lunch there before we leave..

13/10/2025: On Friday, October 11th, we had dinner at Arlu' to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. An elegant and very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease: a true gem in Borgo Pio. Very well-maintained; the owner and staff are extremely kind and professional; the menu features traditional Roman dishes as well as gourmet options; the food is exquisite!
