Trattoria della Stampa In Roma

Came here for cacio i pepe pasta, didn't get the joke of this pasta. Undercooked pasta with cheese and pepper, nothing special. Either they didn't cook it very well here, or this pasta itself is not for me. The service is fast.

Excellent trattoria near Palazzo Barberini, we had tonnarelli cacio e pepe, Roman-style meatballs and artichokes and as a dessert tart with sour cherry jam, all perfect. Very friendly staff, we will definitely be back.

A tiny room where everyone who wants to enjoy local specialties at low prices flocks. Deserves a Bib Gourmand!

Very tasty and authentic Roman food. Be sure to reserve early. We were lucky to get a place, but unfortunately some of us had to leave without a place.

Best restaurant in Rome, very great personal and food was the best I had in whole trip here.

We were recommended this fabulous restaurant by the amazing guy at our hotel who also booked it for us, which I have to say is a must the amount of people that were turned away while we were there was unbelievable, which tells you how good it is and it has lots of locals go. It is definitely small and friendly there are a total of 32 seats in the place which are very close together which for us is not an issue at all it adds to the brilliant atmosphere. It’s definitely a traditional Italian restaurant I’ve walked past it on numerous occasions and sorry to say I’ve not taken much notice of it before, but I’ll not miss it again on future trips. The food is so fresh and tasty the staff are so attentive it was our favourite place we went to on our trip we’d highly recommend it don’t miss it but book ahead.

Found this restaurant by accident because of the beautiful lemons, tomatoes, etc for sale outside, and what a great find. Good value Italian food - parma ham and mozarella to share for starter, followed by pasta main courses. The restaurant was very lively, staff were lovely and overall very pleasant experience. Thank you.
