We came here and the reviews were right! The carbonara was SO good it was as if I had never had true carbonara, so good I immediately made a second reservation to eat here once again before we left Rome. This is the carbonara you’ve been looking for. Book in advance the place is packed!

What an amazing find! My mother and I stumbled across this place around 6pm and got the last free table. By the time we finished the server was turning people away for the evening as they were fully booked, so plan ahead or come early! The food was absolutely stellar, service was so friendly and kind. Everything is so fresh and delicious. We got the smoked salmon salad and the pesto tomato pasta (they split one order into two for us).

The staff is super friendly, the place is very cozy I had the fresh pasta tonnarelli acacia e Pepe, fillet beef steak and chocolate soufflé. I can’t decide what I liked the most. They are all equally as good.

Locale piccolino ma caratteristico, personale cordiale e molto attento al cliente. Menu tipico romano con ottima qualità degli ingredienti. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe spaziali!! Ma anche panzanella gustosissima, carciofo alla romana ottimo, amatriciana super! Caffè buono e per finire mirto eccellente offerto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!! Ci torneremo!!!

We were recommended this fabulous restaurant by the amazing guy at our hotel who also booked it for us, which I have to say is a must the amount of people that were turned away while we were there was unbelievable, which tells you how good it is and it has lots of locals go. It is definitely small and friendly there are a total of 32 seats in the place which are very close together which for us is not an issue at all it adds to the brilliant atmosphere. It’s definitely a traditional Italian restaurant I’ve walked past it on numerous occasions and sorry to say I’ve not taken much notice of it before, but I’ll not miss it again on future trips. The food is so fresh and tasty the staff are so attentive it was our favourite place we went to on our trip we’d highly recommend it don’t miss it but book ahead.
