Being a lover of good, genuine food, I must say that I had the opportunity to taste it here and the icing on the cake is the owner who welcomes you as if you were already a customer who she has known for a long time and makes you feel at ease.

Ristorante San Carlo

09/10/2025: Fantastic food and exceptionally good service. You can tell the chef and his wife are passionate about their craft and constantly innovating, without losing their personal connection to their roots. We've been there for the second time, and we were pleasantly surprised again. Highly recommended!
23/06/2025: We stayed in Villa San Carlo as part of an accomodation package with a self guided walking tour in Piemonte. What a wonderful surprise. Carlo was welcoming and informative and asked us if we would like to join him for a banquet that night. Little did we know he is a world renowned chef . We had dietary requirements and Carlo made us a special banquet with printed personalised menus. It was magnificent. The staff were attentive and skilled. The property is lovely and the pool was large, warm and in a lovely garden setting. We love Villa San Carlo.
