We chose this restaurant due to the very positive word of mouth from friends and for the idea of enjoying a product with an ultra-short supply chain: from the grower to the kitchen and for all courses!
Objective achieved: excellent dinner, compliments to chef Adriano, kind and communicative restaurateur, available to tell diners about his passion. I find that the "narration" and the dialogue with the chef about what you taste is an important moment and a real added value for a gourmet evening. One last thank you.

A unique experience!!! Never before had I had a dinner entirely based on asparagus, including dessert!! All delicious! The very nice owner welcomed us and conveyed all his passion. For one evening I felt like a queen! and not in a manner of speaking. Seeing is believing!!

Good evening everyone, I have been living in Cantello for a year and a half now and I had NEVER been to the Pesa restaurant. This evening I was emotional, it's incredible how a country can still have such traditions and wonderful people. Adriano opened my eyes, in Italy more and more places like his will die, and I couldn't help but shed a few tears! I don't even know why I'm writing this post, maybe to say thank you Cantello, because I came to live in the most beautiful place in the world. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't done so yet to go and meet Adriano and shake his hand, because he deserves a standing ovation. ♥️

passing through Cantello we stopped, hoping to still be able to taste the asparagus (almost the end of June...). excellent dishes were served to us with enthusiasm and love... and with a surprising presentation!

Very limited, but delicious asparagus-based menu’, served with flare. Chef Michelangelo is a master of hospitality and created a warm and interactive atmosphere from the start going all lengths to make us feel pampered. We even went home with complimentary flower bouquets. Off the asparagus season the place serves other local dishes and pizza. Altogether, an out-of-the-ordinary and very pleasant evening.
