I don't usually leave reviews, out of laziness, but given Adriano's friendliness I couldn't help myself.
In addition to the cuisine itself, the explanation and presentation of the dishes is really worth it.
In fact, nothing is left to chance in the presentation of the dishes.
The absolute protagonist is the really good and well cooked asparagus.
It is not the usual white Cantello asparagus, but a green variant produced by them.
Worth highlighting is the risotto, which was not creamed on purpose to highlight the asparagus.
Another big surprise was the presentation of the second,
All very special, but I don't want to reveal the surprise.
Adriano, the owner, is extremely kind and explains with passion about the work
Certainly you shouldn't go there too quickly, the service requires its right timing.
Finally, the bill is proportionate to the quality raw materials

We ate well at the Pesa restaurant.
First of all, you need to know before arriving that you need the right amount of time to enjoy the experience
An experience not only for the palate but also for the other senses and for the presentation of the dishes and of his majesty, the asparagus.
In fact, the entire menu is based on asparagus, a true local specialty.
Obviously the atmosphere is that of a trattoria but it is very pleasant to spend the evening there.

I went to this restaurant with my family on a Sunday in October. We were just looking for a place to eat, and instead we entered the magical world of Mr. "Adriano known as Michelangelo". What can I say, it's not a lunch, it's a unique experience. If you like asparagus, this place is for you. Adriano (or rather, Michelangelo) personally grows the asparagus he serves with his family. Our menu, in particular, was entirely based on asparagus. His stories, together with the excellent service and the excellent quality of the raw materials, convey a unique passion and dedication. For the ladies, then, there is a "royal" treatment, which I won't tell you about here so as not to ruin the surprise, but which is certainly worth it. In short, an amazing experience that will be difficult to forget! Thank you Mr. Michelangelo!

Siamo andati in modo casuale e siamo rimasti affascinati dall'amorevole passione che il proprietario dimostra nei confronti dei suoi prodotti. Alla fine della cena abbiamo compreso il motivo delle sue descrizioni. Tutto era davvero molto buono. Nel risotto si sentiva il sapore degli asparagi, buonissimo il sorbetto. Grazie chef Michelangelo per la buona cena.

Il regno dell'asparago: cucina casalinga preparata in modo ottimale, mai assaggiato nulla di simile. Il gestore del locale, persona affabile e alla mano , mette sulla tavola prodotti che lui stesso coltiva: si percepisce e si assapora tutto l'amore per la materia prima, dalla coltivazione alla cucina. Piatti serviti in modo originale, provare per credere!
