I don't usually leave reviews, out of laziness, but given Adriano's friendliness I couldn't help myself. In addition to the cuisine itself, the explanation and presentation of the dishes is really worth it. In fact, nothing is left to chance in the presentation of the dishes. The absolute protagonist is the really good and well cooked asparagus. It is not the usual white Cantello asparagus, but a green variant produced by them. Worth highlighting is the risotto, which was not creamed on purpose to highlight the asparagus. Another big surprise was the presentation of the second, All very special, but I don't want to reveal the surprise. Adriano, the owner, is extremely kind and explains with passion about the work Certainly you shouldn't go there too quickly, the service requires its right timing. Finally, the bill is proportionate to the quality raw materials

We ate well at the Pesa restaurant. In fact, the entire menu is based on asparagus, a true local specialty. Obviously the atmosphere is that of a trattoria but it is very pleasant to spend the evening there.

I went to this restaurant with my family on a Sunday in October. We were just looking for a place to eat, and instead we entered the magical world of Mr. "Adriano known as Michelangelo". What can I say, it's not a lunch, it's a unique experience. If you like asparagus, this place is for you. Adriano (or rather, Michelangelo) personally grows the asparagus he serves with his family. Our menu, in particular, was entirely based on asparagus. His stories, together with the excellent service and the excellent quality of the raw materials, convey a unique passion and dedication. For the ladies, then, there is a "royal" treatment, which I won't tell you about here so as not to ruin the surprise, but which is certainly worth it. In short, an amazing experience that will be difficult to forget! Thank you Mr. Michelangelo!

Un’esperienza unica!!! Non mi era mai successo di fare una cena interamente a base di asparagi, compreso il dessert!! Tutto delizioso ! Il proprietario simpaticissimo ci ha accolto e trasmesso tutta la sua passione. Per una sera mi sono sentita una regina ! e non per modo di dire!! Provare per credere!!

Buonasera a tutti, vivo a Cantello da ormai un anno e mezzo e non ero MAI passata per la trattoria della Pesa. Questa sera mi sono emozionata, è incredibile come un paese possa ancora avere tali tradizioni e persone meravigliose. Adriano mi ha aperto gli occhi, in Italia moriranno sempre di più posti come il suo, e non ho potuto fare altro che versare qualche lacrima! Non so nemmeno perché sto scrivendo questo post, forse per dire grazie Cantello, perché sono venuta a vivere nel posto più bello del mondo. Consiglio vivamente per chi non lo avesse ancora fatto, di andare a conoscere Adriano e stringergli la mano, perché si merita una standing ovation. ♥️
