I've been to this place before, and it's always been a good experience. The food is excellent, and the decor is typical of nice local restaurants—no frills, but clean and tidy. Recommended.

I've been there for lunch several times: twice for the asparagus (I highly recommend the entire meal, from the appetizer to the asparagus ice cream), once for the mushrooms (delicious), and other times for the classic Piedmontese menu (I recommend the Piedmontese-style fritto misto and the fresh pasta). It costs around €35, including water, wine, and coffee.
