A mid-June dinner featuring asparagus alone, excellent and plentiful in the numerous courses, all very Piedmontese. Given the unique nature of the ingredient, the chef might try unusual pairings, as he did with the ice cream that closes the series of dishes featuring this prized shoot.

The restaurant is renowned for its asparagus-based dishes.
Among the few of its kind, the restaurant offers a fixed menu based on asparagus served in all ways: natural, fried, served with various sauces in addition to the inevitable risotto and agnolotti at the end also a tasty ice cream obviously flavored with asparagus!
The place is simple but welcoming, the staff is kind and helpful, the menu excluding drinks is around 40 euros per person.
An experience to absolutely try!

For years now an unmissable appointment with the Santena asparagus dinner. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert to the asparagus-based after-dinner drink. For true asparagus lovers, an opportunity not to be missed, excellent quality at the right price, convivial atmosphere. Reservations required, to try!

Excellent raw materials, kindness and quiet and comfortable environment. The sound-absorbing panels are much appreciated. The chatter and the voices that predominate over the others are a memory. Very good.
