A very authentic restaurant. Locals eat here. We felt at home.

A typical trattoria where you can enjoy delicious traditional Sicilian dishes. The food is excellent and fresh, you can see it and taste it, but everything is overshadowed by the long, very long, interminable waits. For rustic appetizers (cured meats, cheeses, olives, and caponata), which were all cold and pre-made, we waited over 50 minutes. The first courses arrived very quickly by comparison, but for a table of seven, they arrived in four rounds, 20 minutes apart. The last rice dish arrived after the first course had already digested. We didn't leave because it was 4 PM and we wouldn't have found anything else. This is unacceptable. We eat together; the courses for a table should all be served at once. We had also ordered second courses, but due to the long wait, we had to ask to cancel the order. They leave a note on the table informing us of the long wait, but I find this absurd. The kitchen is probably small and can't handle the number of diners in the dining room. Well, they're reducing the number of tables and offering better, more adequate service. Because as good as the food is, at the thought of having to endure hours of waiting for a simple plate of pasta and an appetizer, I'd rather give it up.

We organized a Saturday evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The pizzas were delicious, with excellent dough and perfectly cooked. The staff was kind and friendly.

We celebrated my daughter Ilaria's graduation. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent and plentiful. They even stopped by for second helpings of their first courses. The service was impeccable, and the waiters were extremely professional: always present but discreet. The cake was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

We had a really good time. The large restaurant is well-organized, with a summer seating area near the well-kept gardens and soft background music. It wasn't noisy at all. We had excellent pizzas, and the menu is enriched with new recipes that are still respectful of tradition. Free parking is available. I'll definitely be back.
