Three of us arrived on a Saturday evening, and we were lucky to find a table, as reservations are recommended. The staff were courteous and professional, the food excellent, and the accommodations comfortable. Highly recommended.

Trattoria La Buffa in Giaveno was a wonderful discovery! My partner and I immediately felt at ease in the welcoming, informal atmosphere.
The food is excellent: generous appetizers, homemade first courses, meat-based main courses, and delicious desserts. A special mention goes to the liquored dolci, a truly delicious little extra that perfectly rounds out the meal. The wines recommended by the staff pair perfectly with the dishes.
Friendly, attentive service, and reasonable prices for the quality. An experience worth repeating: highly recommended for those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine!

We were looking for a restaurant with traditional cuisine, and La Buffa truly amazed us! Delicious platter, AWESOME venison tagliolini, incredible tiramisu. Excellent service.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT. Highly recommended: the buffa platter, cheese tasting, tagliolini with venison and giardiniera. Nothing was missing: presentation, flavor, quantity, and the friendliness of the staff. The tiramisu? I didn't have time to take a photo because it was already gone!

The sharing platter with quality cured meats and fondue (perhaps a little on the small side) was very good. The parmesan risotto was excellent and a good portion. The agnolotti and gnocchetti al nero were not memorable. Service was a bit slow, perhaps due to the large crowd.
The owner and staff were friendly, and we always come back.

A pleasant and welcoming restaurant, located in a quiet area. The staff is very kind and professional, ready to satisfy every request. The menu is comprehensive and varied, including many game-based dishes. The cuisine is delicate and light, with generous portions, a rarity these days. The presentation of the dishes is also top-notch. The prices are definitely reasonable. We'll definitely return.

We had an excellent mushroom dinner in November with a nice group of friends. We ate well and in abundance. This is definitely a place worth considering.
